hi people, my name is Samara and I am new to the forum..I am a huge fan of Twinj and I am here with a story on them..its based on my favourite novel "Dead Beautiful",so all the credit goes to the author..I hope u all will like it...here is the prologue...do tell me if I should continue it or not...
PROLOGUE
I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT DEATH until I began studying philosophy. That was how I learned the truth about Descartes, about the ancient Greek and Roman civilisations, about my past. My mother used to tell me that matter was neither created nor destroyed, only transfered. She was filled with old theories that she would make me recite back to her, as if she was trying to tell me something about the world but couldn't find the right words. I never gave them much thought until she was killed, but by then it was too late to ask what it had all meant. It wasn't until I enrolled at Gottfried Academy that I began to make sense of who I was and what I was fated to become.
Coming from sunny California, the mist-shrouded Academy was a shock, with its strange customs, ancient curriculum and study of Latin-the language of the dead. Then I discovered that the school has more than one dark secret...
I also discovered Kunj. Intelligent, elusive and devastatingly gorgeous, most people couldn't decide whether they loved, hated or feared him. All I know is that when we were together I had never felt more alive or more afraid...
