Sis, check this step by step YouTube tutorial which helped me, though there is no voice guidance but its good enough.

To create simple animated gif edits from video:

TIP: (in vintage effect video) in the last he creates a purple mask instead of that we can take a nice cute wallpaper and cut the middle part and adjust the opacity to create beautiful self made filter..

TIP: Select around 1-2 second video clip while importing

TIP: use clipconverter.cc website to download youtube videos, select 480p thats more than enough.

TIP: Image size? Best height is ~240px

TIP: Dont forget to crop the image and remove the channel TV logo and etc which you dont like.

TIP: Use imgur.com to upload you edit copy the BB code and past on India forums!
