she was weak so she fainted local people got ambulance

they took her to hospital & she has dengue in the show too

and one more thing is clear kunj cannot live without twinkle .loved kunjs moment with twinkle in todays episode

we have always known if twinkle loves someone she will do anythng for them and she has accepted kunj's family as her own so it isnt surprising she did this for them. but it was awesome to see kunjs reaction when he knew wat twinkle did
