But if because of covid they had to immediately leave Mumbai , where and how did they shoot GD wasi's home scenes?

Even I was thinking the same....and they're only partially focusing on the background that too with blurring of the background set....my guess is that they've built some partial sets somewhere in the resort set itself (like how they used to shoot the godown scenes in the clubhouse set with some boxes stacked upon each other)

IMO On occasions it's important to get blessings of the elders.....but now it's more of a running gag in the show (idk how else to describe it). But honestly it's about time they end this show and Wagle ki duniya to bring back BDSAH (that is , without Daulatram and co)
