Why Bhide has not joined any educational institution???

If bhide is so educated then why does he give private tutions...n after watching the show its quite evident that their financial condition is not very good inspite of this bhide stays at home...why he does not go school or college to teach...???
Also in todays era...a tution teacher is no more financially weak...even they earn much money then people who go for jobs..then why bhide is shown facing financial crisis...???

toh society ka secretary kisi aur ko ban na padega...becoz woh phir society mein nahi rahega na and also writers nai chahte honge usse school ya college ka teacher banana isiliye bichara wahi par atka hain

Aj kal kaun bina salary ke itna kaam karta h...bhide bhaiis really great if doesnt take salary for this

he always says...mai paise lekar ye kaam nahi karta...so its high time all the memebers fix salary of bhide...😆

that track would be good...salary fix karo and phir bhide ki choti choti mistake pe popat aur jetha milkar bhide ki band bajayenge...😆..

They already get on his nerves if some petty issue arises in the society. I bet they will not let him breathe if he starts getting salary.

jab ye new director has taken over since start of 2013...her ek festival mein decorations, nache gana and dragging...they teen cheezen compulsory ho gaye hain..😕

I too always wonder why doesn't bhide work in a school. He can easily get a job in a private school and earn lot of money. Aaj kal schools mein achhe teachers ki kitni kami hai.He can work and improve his financial condition.
But as others mentioned, if he starts doing a job then he can't be society's secretary.But sometimes I wonder aisa kya kaam hota hai society mein that he's always busy doing society work.He's shown collecting maintenance and keeping the money with him.But keeping the maintenance money is the treasurer's job and not the secretary's. And I remember in one episode they showed iyer as the treasurer. If he's the treasurer then why doesn't he keep the money?
Secretary ka kaam sirf mahine mein ek din ya do din tak hota hai.I don't understand why's bhide always busy with society work? Aisa kya kaam rehta hai society mein that he's always busy.
He can remain as secretary even after doing a job.
I am saying all this because my dad was treasurer of our apartment for one year so I have an idea about their duties.
As I said, the cvs have limited knowledge about everything. 😆
