Tarak Mehta saves water-Article

The makers of Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah are planning to weave in a 'save water' message through their laugh a minute show.

"Yes, we are trying to spread awareness to save water in a humourous way," confirms director Dharmesh Mehta. He adds, "In the current condition, our future is in danger. So this is a small initiative from our end."

Talking more on how they plan to do it he says, "One of our characters would leave the tap open and that would cause water shortage in the society. The episode is all about how they deal with the problems that follow it."

Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the most popular comedy shows on SAB TV.
