Res 1Azure and cerulean - and the first eye lock
Will unres for a detail comment
Dear Saku,
And what a chapter that was - the first glance which seals something in Swara's mind.
I really did like her analysing her emotional conflict - each time she looks at him he appears familiar and each time her heart searches for that elusive memory her mind replays the scene of him shooting at her. And then her mind takes over - maybe what she last saw was the truth and all the other faint whisperings of her heart were on account of a brilliant charade by HIM. Her pain, disbelief and her agony is well etched out her (sorry for bringing up, but why oh why could we not see this in the serial😡. And then again, if they showed we would not have had this story - so I am quite happy at the inane track and Swara's illogical characterisation.) Her confusion as she notices him noticing her all too often and admitting that it means that she too is watching him, though as usual, she gives herself a lame excuse. And finally, when she tell Ragini that her selection (Ragini was taking a photo to send to Sanskaar, right) is good she has a deja vu - of another time another place.
Ragini, I think I am going to love her here and if she can truly apologise to Sanskaar and there is a glimpse of them being friends again, that would be the sprinkles on this cake😊 And Lakshya, so firmly in Sanskaar corner that he considers Swara a banshee🤣 (such a lovely tiny bit of humour - like a hidden chocolate chip in a cupcake that did not promise any chocolate) Her playing the double agent was so smooth - in one deft move she hefts the ball neatly into Swara's court - ''nobody believes you so prove it'.
That is one challenge Swara cannot resist - so, as I have already quoted a couple of times, ''she will use her defective errr... detective skills to end up in a chaos of her own making from where only Sanskaar will rescue her.'
Finally her great plan - it failed did it not -burnt in the flames of the aarti and extinguished by the concern he showed for her pain rather than worry about his scalded fingers. Lost in the wind as their eyes found each other and she felt that she was right where she belonged, in his arms. And some weight lifted from her heart, maybe because his eyes had lost some of their ever present agony.
Lots of love,
Nyna
PS: You said you loved the emoticons - so here is one for this chapter - this was the best I could get, hope you like it.
PS: One small request - I so loved Swara's disgust at the architecture of the house (another chocolate chip moment) could I have another, in the end, when Swara remembers - I would love her to slowly descend down the stairs, eyes only for him, yet again, but this time she would be thrilled and blushing at Sanskaar ardent admiration. (turquoise and silver??) [as the song goes, "hain banne, sawarein mein tab hi mazaa, koi dekhne wala aashiq toh ho, nahin toh ye jalwe hain bujthe diye, koi mitne wala ek aashiq toh ho"
