Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan discovers a major clue against Krish in Anshuman's death’s case

The episode opens with Maira confronting Armaan about their unhappiness post-marriage, leading her to propose canceling the wedding. Geetanjali questions Maira's sudden change of heart, given her previous desire for the marriage. Maira accuses Geetanjali of causing Abhira's injury by locking her up, highlighting Abhira's affection for her as her real mother. She supports Armaan's decision to stop her from using the term mother. Maira attempts to remove the mangalsutra from Geetanjali's neck, but Vidya and Kaveri intervene to prevent her.

Abhira's Fond Memories

Meanwhile, Abhira, gazing at the moon, reminisces about her moments with Maira. She encourages Maira for a rooftop party, recalling her fondness for a sunroof car. Abhira and Maira lie together, stargazing, with Abhira suggesting they communicate through the stars if they are ever apart. Maira proposes using the moon to send messages to Abhira. Abhira then wonders aloud how Maira can be so endearing. Abhira tells Maira that she misses her mother and talks to her every day by looking at the stars.

Returning to the present, Abhira sends a message to the moon, expressing her deep longing for Maira. Simultaneously, Maira also speaks to the moon, admitting how much she misses Abhira. She reflects on their recent bond as mother and daughter, now separated.

Maira’s heartfelt plea to Armaan

Armaan arrives, assuring her that her mother is always with her. Maira wonders why she isn't present. She asks Armaan when she can have both her parents together. Armaan embraces Maira, who then expresses her desire to share many more moments with both of them. Maira says she wants to sleep between her parents and live a life like a normal child with two parents.

Abhira becomes a helping hand

Meanwhile, Abhira visits a pregnant woman in jail to offer her blessings, but the woman goes into labor. The lady constable reports a severe storm outside, with a fallen tree blocking the exit. Abhira suggests moving the woman to the road to call for an ambulance. But police constable refuses to do the same. Sandhya pleads with Abhira to save her child. The doctor arrives, stating there's no time, and they must deliver the baby immediately.

Armaan explains to Maira

Meanwhile, Armaan attempts to explain to Maira that he promised Geetu to marry her, and breaking that promise would be wrong. He emphasizes the importance of keeping promises. Maira points out that she's observed a change in Armaan's behavior towards Abhira. Maira says to him that he remains happy with Abhira but with Geetanjali he mostly stays quiet and doesn’t talk a lot. She then asks Armaan to be with the person he truly cares for.

Abhira Assists with the Delivery

Abhira encourages Sandhya, urging her to stay awake as she's about to become a mother. She insists on assisting the doctor with the delivery. Abhira sings a lullaby to help Sandhya stay conscious. Sandhya gives birth to a baby girl. Abhira congratulates Sandhya for bringing a warrior in the world. Then immediately, ambulance comes to take Sandhya and her daughter.

New case for Abhira

Jalebi Bai asks Abhira to take on the case of a girl she believes is innocent. Abhira asks her to send the files and she will review it. Jalebi Bai then leads Abhira to her lock-up.

Armaan finds a major clue in Anshuman’s case

Armaan reflects on where he might have erred in Abhira's case. When a servant brings Armaan coffee, he asks for sugar, but the servant explains that Krish has instructed only artificial sweetener be used. Seeing the sweetener packet, Armaan recalls Anshuman's autopsy reports. He considers the possibility that someone might have substituted sugar with illegal substances. Armaan remembers the strained relationship between Anshuman and Krish.

The episode ends with Jalebi Bai hands Abhira a phone, requesting that she call her daughter. She mentions that she has noticed her not eating and sleeping properly.
