Dear Sharon,

In the entire update, I found Laksh the most level headed and realistic person. And in a very amazing manner. Swara is too idealistic and Ragini is slightly philosophical while Sanskaar, he really does not know that he is simply running away not being free. For freedom means responsibility.

And it was the way they stuck to their principles that they reached where they are, at the ignorant crossroads.

Swara adamant that she is right and confident to prove it, always

Ragini, the perpetual peacemaker who has put her peace of mind at stake

Laksh always willing to put others expectations of him first, till he has realised that he can never expect to have any expectations of his own.

Sanskaar, believes his happiness is paramount and does not believe in bothering if that effects anybody else's happiness

And all have been selfish, in a way, sometimes consciously and at times thinking they were being selfless. But they are fortunate that life has given them a second chance by putting all four of them at the crossroads.

Here is hoping they chose well and chose wisely.

Wishing you a very Happy Diwali. May the light always be with you.

Best,
Nyna

Hi Nyna,

Your comment summarises the essence of this SS. While I never saw this as the second chance to correct their mistakes, I don't disagree. My idea of writing this had been for the Crossroads to be a reflection to them that if they don't change now, they can't go long going forward.

Happy Diwali to you too.

Cheers
Sharon

Dear Sharon,
I loved it, despite my obsession with wanting a concrete "and they lived happily ever after" ending, I liked the way you ended it - on hope that finally all of them have chosen the right path.

I will get back for a detailed comment. Too sleepy to type a coherent reply.

Good night
Nyna

Hi Nyna,

I am obsessed with that line as well. However, these days, I want to try something that doesn't end with the most overused clich of "And they lived happily ever after."

I have just started reading Amaranthine. Looks like I will get to comment on it only tomorrow.

Have a good night.

Cheers

Hi Razia,

Thank you for your wonderful vomments throughout the story.

As for the ending, I didn't want them to turn into someone else. I when you love a person, and you just have to listen to their say. It's not necessary to accept everything though.

Glad that you liked the ending.

Cheers

Hi Talia,

Thank you for your comments .

I am glad that you liked the ending.

I wanted a conclusion for Swara and Sanskaar suitable for their characters . They are independent, successful modern couple who have given each other space to keep their opinions and keep them separated from their relationship.

As for epilogue, I am at loss of ideas. If you want a particular scene or any issue you feel wasn't clear in the story, let me know. I will try to weave something around it.

Cheers
