Wiw...laksh has such a way with words. ..committing n yet not...m sure ragini will accept but will tht make her happy. ..more importantly will tht change her scheming nature. .will it make her likeable? ?,

Lovely update. ..I really liked this mature lakshya. ..but the last para was outstanding. ..oh ragini what have you got yourself in to...she sure is in for a rough ride which would be smooth on surface though...interesting. ...

Ragini is all the more cautious when Lakshya was asking he to say the truth..I loved that

But still she confessed the truth..😊

I am glad that lakshya is sensible enough to abandon his pursuit of Swara..

I am eagerly waiting for the conditions which he has set for ragini.."tumhe mere rang mein dhalna hoga. I'll be setting the rules. " i dont know what is he referring to..

but i felt bad for ragini when she asked he didnt mention love

Such a pleasure to see a mature Lakshya, accepting that Swara is now out of bounds for him, that she doesn't have the least bit of interest in him any more.
The way he was drawing Ragini to be truthful with him, no mean task, given her propensity for deceit, was amazing.

I particularly loved, loved the last line. How he would treat her with respect, behave lovingly, but he can't promise to actually feel that love and respect. I guess he would tell her in no uncertain terms, that to make him feel that way about her, she needs to mould herself back into the genuine, caring person she used to be, or at least, had the potential to be.

Really like the way this FF is going. Look forward to the next chapter.
