Because here we can see a hurt Sanskaar. And also we can see him avoiding Swara by silent treatment or not talking happily with her. There is high possibility for such type of scenes. And also Swara thinking about Sanskaar's attitude and feels hurt. Then questioning herself why she is so hurt with Sanskaar's cold behaviour. Then at this particular point of time they can introduce Sanskaar's friend. And I don't have any problem if they drag this track.
