Hey guys, so as you may or may not know I'm new to IF. So I was wondering what certain shortforms mean. In my short time here I've figured out that FF means Fanfiction, AT means appreciation thread, VM means video montage/mix. But what do OS and SS mean? If you could let me know that would be much appreciated. I know it's irrelevant but just wondering since I'm new. Thanks. 😊

Well hello...

OS means one shat ie one chapter and the story is finished...

SS means short story, It isn't as long as an FF... 5,10 or 20 chapters maximum... Depends on the writer.

And well, there are a few more like TS ie two shot. And drabble another form of story, just that the chapters are really short and usually the writer posts frequently... 😊
