I dont understand one thing, so please feel free to try make me understand cos i really want to. why must swara constantly seek G family approval? i just saw a promo of Swaragini where Ragini talks about how she was in love but its destroyed because laksh loves swara and swara is crying saying ragini doesn't know whole truth and she wants ragini to give her a second chance or if she will lose her sister.
So the situation can be one or the other:
Situation A) Ragini didn't believe Swara when she said Laksh loves me but i don't love him. If thats the case then wow. swara is pathetic for begging her sister for redemption through no fault of her own. after everything swara has done to put their family together, i think she atleast earned enough credibility from shaker and rags, that she wouldnt have an affair with laksh behind their backs. her neediness for her sister and father's approval, same father and sister who don't think 2 secs before asking her for a character certificate, is actually nauseating. swara says she's adhuri without this sister whom she's known about for the last 2 months. ragini on the other hand is not at all adhuri without her sister. swara has never been as important to her as she's been to swara, atleast nothing we've seen so far has indicated that she does. so basically this whole show will then continue to be based on swara pandering to any and all of ragini's demands and ragini living in her dreamworld and being petulant whenever swara can't give her what she wants. great character dev for ragini, yay!
Situation B) Ragini is mad at Swara for not being open to her and for giving wind to her feelings for laksh without any reason. in this case what galat fehmi? its the truth! if laksh is 70% responsible for Ragini's heartbreak, you Swara in your attempt to not shatter the china doll sister of yours, were the rest of the 30% responsible. what would her explanation do for ragini. she's heartbroken that her sister lied. in that case, swara needs to give her time and space. not hover around her like a lost puppy, like laksh was doing with her. she needs to stop fantasizing about saving her baby sister. like they're not a perfect family and they'll never be. they're bond will of adult best friends not the same as sisters who've nurtured each other through years. so swara has to stop looking for that and rejoice in what she does have with Ragini- a great friendship tied by sisterhood. treat her as an equal rather than a baby sister she protects. laksh loves swara not ragini. what can swara do? kidnap laksh and force him to marry ragini and condemn her to a forever hell?
the kicker in all of this is that swara's chaplusi and constant attempt to please ragini and shekhar is considered mahanta and she's a 'good girl' and exemplary, whereas Laksh's straightforward truth and guts that prevented a much bigger mess is his wrong decision and he's the 'bad guy' for hurting ragini. he's hella impulsive and maybe even immature for confessing his feelings before wrapping up ragini. but lets take a moment to reflect on who is really mature in this situation as of now.

PS: this is literally Ragini's last chance to grow up and behave more maturely than both laksh and swara. the audience won't have patience for a non-action main character much longer. they will move on and stop caring about her screen presence. she needs to prove to swara once and for all that she DOESNT need a bigger sister, she's been fine without one for the last 20 odd years of her life, she DOES need a best friend who will be honest with her and tell her when she's being naive and delusional and firmly tell her to move on. not someone who'll tell her what she wants to hear and then try to manage it for her. thats not how life works for people who aren't princesses.
