Before I talk about NaiRan, I first want to speak about how awesome the sisters are together. Forget the couples, right now, it's the sisters who match each other in their love and intensity of feelings for each other. If Meghna is insanely protective of Naina, then Naina has an insane amount of respect for Meghna. If Meghna can get extremely agitated simply because Naina tripped slightly on stage, then Naina can't even think of standing against her sister for something as trivial as a dance competition because even thinking that she can compete with her idol is disrespectful to her sister. I don't know about anybody else but it makes so much sense to me. They match each other step by step in their relationship. Its beautiful to watch!
Now onto NaiRan. Honestly, all through the episode on Friday, you could see Karan slowly starting to freak out. I think it finally hit him when they were in the finals that they could actually win. I think similar was the case with Naina. The way she reacted about competing with her Di, I believe even she thought that they will never reach that stage and for her the competition was not about winning anyway. But it became that for Karan. He realized that once in his life, he could not lose and prove to everyone that he can do something. That thought itself was overwhelming and so he completely freaked out trying to win at least once. Hence the lashing out at Naina towards the end. I was and am kind of miffed at him for that. Its understandable but still, the whole why did you come into my life was hurtful.đ
But the children came and the dance started. NaiRan looked so ethereal! The dance was beautiful. Samridh and Ankitta are fabulous dancers and it showed today. The movements were clear, the steps flowed smoothly, the lifts were perfect. But the moment of the dance was obviously when Karan fell due to Sandhya's machinations. He looked so lost that my heart went out to him.𼺠Naina was at his side in an instant and motivated him. This was just so beautiful that words can't do justice to it. "Sirf mujhe dekho Karan, kahin aur nahi, sirf meri taraf dekho." And you could see Karan's confusion fading away, the lost look melting from his eyes and his confidence returning. And he got up and finished their performance. For once in his life, he did not leave a thing incomplete but finished it with aplomb. And Naina was with him every step of the way. I keep saying this but I will never tire of repeating that what Naina is doing is beautiful and applause worthy. Whatever credit you give her for this will always be less. â¤ď¸
Then comes the result. I have a theory on this. If you see carefully, when they announced MeghNal as winners, both Karan and Naina were happy. Karan's expressions did not change, his smile was still there. But later, when Dadaji started his talk on how Karan had never done anything and today he had, that is when Karan's face fell. I think it was at this time that he realized that he has been and still remains a failure. The fact remained that he lost again. And this is what got him upset. The fact that they were giving them a consolation prize sort of thing and like always he had failed. He doesn't know that they would have won had Sandhya not used the mirror trick. Naina has an uphill task again to get him to believe in himself. And seriously Dadaji, I know your intentions were right but who announces to the world that their grandchild is essentially useless and hasn't finished anything before today? Matlab kuch bhi.
Sandhya is pure evil. And insane. And a lot of other words which I don't want to use. đ¤Ź
I am so excited for tomorrow. For the first time, Karan is having a sort of break down. And you can see just from the precap how Samridh is going to nail it. đ
