Just caught up w/ the serial.

I disagree. It was as bad as ⭐️B. Krishna giving all of them a preview of what's to come? KUNTI in that court - what are they smoking? In the original story, Krishna NEVER gave them a preview of what's to happen - had he done so, there is a good chance that his peace mission would have succeeded and Dury would have even restored Indraprastha.

Karna didn't have an emotional meltdown when Krishna told him who he really was. That's more a BRC invention

1) Why does Dury always have tears in his eyes?

2) What's with showing everyone how they are going to die? If I was in that situation, I'd start making plans on how to avoid that. For example, with Karna - his death showed him getting down from the chariot, unarmed, and trying to pull the wheel out. Solution -- get better wheels, never step down, and have a backup chariot. With Drona, he yelled out Ashwatthama in agony, so that probably meant that Ashwatthama might die in the battlefield. Solution -- a) Keep Ashwatthama from participating in the war, b) Always have soldiers reporting back to his whereabouts, and c) make sure that Ashwatthama is actually fine in the chance that he finds out that Ashwatthama is dead. Paundrak basically just screwed over the Pandavas.

3) Why does SonyKarna always have to do Paundrak-Jaap. Maybe he respected him, but I hardly think that MB Karna would have preferred to avoid his confrontation with MB Arjun just to save a couple million soldiers' lives. This guy is a pathetic joke of a person.

4) I'm confused with SonyDury's friendship. He had originally said that he would give his life happily if mitr Karna asked for it. But when mitra Karna asked mitra Duryodhana to give the Pandavas 5 villages, he flat out refuses. Why even show Karna asking that? We all know he wanted war more than anything, so why show something stupid that insults even SonyDury.

"Hey, this man Karna is my BFF. I can do anything for him, heck I'll give my life if he asks for it."

"BFF Dury. Just listen to Paundrak and give the Pandavas the villages. I'm willing to sacrifice my war with Arjun to save the lives of innocent soldiers."

"See everyone. My friend just asked me for something. But no. Sorry, not gonna happen. Don't it think about it."

Paundrak: "But you said you would do anything."

D: "wishes in favor of the pandavas are rejected."

Paundrak: "But he was saying it more for you and those pawn soldiers. He's your friend, why would he support the Pandavas, especially when his rival is Arjun"

D: "I really don't care. No means no."

Yeah .. that really makes SonyDury the epitome of friendship... in making Karna's character like an emotional fool, it farks everyone else over. Way to go SidT. You're a genius at screwing shit over.

The central theme of this story - Karna-Kunti's encounter - was very well done, in fact far better than ⭐️B. I know that Suryadev didn't appear before him, and I wasn't exactly a fan of Karna taking anything out on him. The devas who fathered the Pandavas only took their sons after their deaths - Pavandev Bhima, Ashwins N&S and Suryadev Karna (Yudhi & Arjun ended up w/ Krishna). Suryadev didn't have any responsibility for Karna until then. The only person Karna should have taken it out on was Kunti. Also, if Suryadev appeared b4 Karna, shouldn't they have shown him asking Karna to join his brothers, just like in the epic (Kunti describes that to Yudhi in Shanti Parva)

One big improvement on MB - unlike there, this time, they remembered to have Karna request Krishna to keep his id secret from the Pandavas, stating that if Yudhi offered him the crown, he'd turn it over to Dury and that would be unjust to the Pandavas. That was the greatest thing about Karna, which they glossed over in ⭐️B, but remembered here.

Karna's confrontation w/ Kunti was great. However, Kunti-hater that I am, I still think they defamed her when Karna asked her whether she'd be willing to announce to the world that he was her son. In the original, that's exactly what she offered him - she asked him to fight alongside his brothers, and that in return, she'd tell the world that he was one of them. The throne offer, however, was made by Krishna, not Kunti. Also, Kunti never asked Karna to spare her sons - that he offered voluntarily to avoid giving her nothing. Also, it was a bit Trumpian of Kunti to openly tell Karna that she approached him then b'cos that was when he didn't deny anyone's request. In the original, there was no such timing of that request - she just went to him when she felt like it.

The Krishna conversations - bleh 🤢 First of all, Krishna had one, not two encounters w/ Karna. Also, when Karna asked him why he allowed all that to happen, the answer is NOT that Krishna wanted to test him, or make him mrityunjaya. Answer was that it really was something beyond Krishna's control, and the person who bore sole responsibility for that was Kunti, not Krishna. This serial, rather than try and make a villain out of Arjun, has instead wittingly or unwittingly targeted Krishna, and I dare say succeeded 😈

Also, I wonder - why didn't Kunti use the Priyamvada defense when Karna asked her why she remained silent? Wasn't that the whole idea - to deflect criticism from Kunti?

I'll go off this serial again now, since they seem to look at repeating what we saw in ⭐️B

However what I understood from what is written that the only reason why I was giving SPK any benefit of doubt to the serial was because the True Friendship and Love Dury had for Karna, but this Dury forgot even that 😕

I liked the fact that Karna asked Krishna not to tell about his lineage to Pandavas, but I didn't understand why would this Karna do that? Wasn't for him Dury the best suitor for the throne and the only one who could bring a Parivartannn, anyhow good he didn't

Funniest part everyone knows how they will die??? Wow I don't think Gods are even allowed to reveal that to anyone but Paundrak did not follow the rule and became Paundrak once again from the Krishna in making
