I did. B'cos the way it was presented, there were plenty of people who thought it was genuine. That is not a problem w/ any of the subsequent shows that I listed - first the number of people who saw them was far fewer, and also, they were done a lot less elaborately. But the way BRC was done, and given that it ran when there was a TV monopoly, there was a whole generation of people who believed all the invented bhashans that ran throughout the serial.

Can someone summarize the events of the episodes since Monday?

lakshmana looks pretty and waiting for her BF with anxiety 😳 he came and vru accompanied only half way becoz of his fath presence in virat 😕 .

more of kri scenes 😡 he observing all of them ...ka the cry baby after watching abhi-arj bond 😭 .. shared same son pain with his sakha
😉 .

encounter with shaku and blessed would be putra vadhu 😳 ..

today plan of action - shaku announces lakshmana-uttar marriage proposal 😭 let's wait and see how sakhas deal it to dispose 🥱

Good reason. Although I personally like BRC the most, and it was probably closest to the actual epic, still it was not absolutely true and it did make people believe that it was the absolute

Vasudev Paundrak gives start of episode moral gyaan. He continues giving moral gyaan to his son Paundrak JR. Paundrak JR says he did not come here to listen to his moral gyaan and leaves angrily. Virat says whatever happened recently, he is not convinced with this proposal. Shakuni asks to forget the past and think of a new proposal and bonding. Virat raj agrees. Shakuni says it is time for celebration of new bonding between Virat and Hastinapur. Pandavs and Krishna fume seeing Shakuni's tricks.

Precap: Paundrak Jr tells Paundrak either he is fooling him that he loves him or he is fooling whole world. Laxmana tells Shakuni that she loves Paundrak Jr and will marry only him, even if she has to go against her father Duryodhan.

I wager 5 cookies that SPK will step in and get Abhi married to Uttara because his mitr paundrak will ask him for help.

Prem ke karan, SidTputra Karna bangaya saarathi unke mitr Paundrak ke bhanje ke liye. Kya Abhimanyu, SidTPutra Karna ke saath Uttara ka upharan ka sakta hai? Dekh Dekh kar hasiye, SidTputra Karna only on Sony.

So this serial has created a triangle b/w Samba, Lakshmanaa & Uttar? 🤪

Even if that had gone thru, since Uttara had married Abhimanyu, Virat would still be obligated towards the Pandava side.

Also, Lakshmanaa & Samba did not have a romantic relationship. SB clearly shows that Lakshmanaa was abducted @ her swayamvar by Samba. Lakshmanaa actually disdained Samba and didn't pick him, but he grabbed her and drove off anyway. Problem was that once Samba touched her, she was considered defiled for anyone but him.

Samba did flee the scene w/ Lakshmanaa, but was intercepted by Bheeshma, Drona et al and captured. Since Laksmanaa couldn't be put back for a swayamvara, that was a non starter, but the Kauravas imprisoned Samba as well. So Balarama came to Hastinapur to plead for Samba's release, but the Kauravas refused. Balarama then using his hala uprooted Hastinapur and immersed it in the Ganga, and the Kauravas panicked, and not only did they release Samba, they also gave Lakshmanaa in marriage to him (since she was otherwise useless for them anyway).

This incident most likely took place during the Pandava exile, and probably when Krishna was away meeting them, which would explain why Balarama, rather than Krishna, had to go to Hastinapur to rescue him.

See, that sounds good. That sounds interesting. And watching Balarama just haul HP into the Ganga would be something awesome to see. This little piece has every single genre mixed in one way or another, and it would be a treat to watch.

Some scenes that would be nice:

* Swayamvar scene - everyone loves swayamvar scenes. Whether Drau is getting married or Sita.

* The action paced sequence of Samba entering and just swooping in, grabbing Lakshamana and leaving

* The Kurus lining up and attacking Samba. Samba defending himself. Throw in Weepy and have a Samba v. Karna face off

* Samba's emotional trauma while in HP's prison

* The Yadus having a conference about Samba's plight. Everyone wants war, but Balaram raises his hands and says, "Nope. Duryodhan isn't that bad. I'll go over there and talk them into having Lakshmana become the DIL of the Yadus."

*Balarama going there and meeting everyone (like BRCKeshav did when he went on to HP for the peace proposal ..); Balarama meeting Kunti (because SonyKunti is hot)

*Balarama rejected and the subsequent rage of Balaram. He grabs his plow and smashes it into the ground and drags HP towards the Ganges.

*Everyone in HP comes out and apologizes. Things are good again and Samba weds Lakshmana.

This is a trillion times better than the current crap going on. And it has everything to capture the attention of the audience -- even those who enjoy watching SPK and think it's the best version of the MB to date for whatever odd reason
