Actually ! Sometimes I really think..the war had not happened if suyodhana knew the truth.. He would have definitely withdraw the decision of war. Call it as fear to fight without vasusena or call it as the non trust he had with his grandpa and others..ppl may give any reasons..but to me the reason wud be the one u wrote..I believe.. Suyodhana respected and valued his vasu's relationship.
