which book?

since this show is a different angle of Mahabharat they wont follow Sanskrit vyasa mahabharat so they will surely follow regional versions and books written on karna. now my question which book you want they will follow most. my intuition says its Mrityunjay since sid t brought Vrishali from this book in starbharat too. and then it would be horrible coz Arjun was villain there which I will never accept. and what if there is palace of illusion? or Ajaya? or if Karna's wife?

personally I want they should follow Karna - the Sanskrit hero andnow let me sleep both from foreign writers they seemed more authentic.

whats your opinion?

I sincerely want to see what is there in MBh and more on Karna's personal life in a way that does not affect MBh narrative. It will be better if CVs write things themselves keeping this idea. Regarding books, I don't like Mrityunjaya though it will be on the top of the list. And Now Let Me Sleep is the translation of Malayalam book "Ini Njan Urangatte". If they follow it, I will be happy. It is the Bible of Karna. No imaginary stories, no additions. 100% Karna as seen in Vyasa Bharata.

Eternal Arjun lover inside me won't want to follow anything that degrade Arjun i mean show his flaws acc to Mahabharata ok but don't make him villain to make karna hero. So i neither want mrityunjaya nor karna's wife. But as their earlier show was record of distortions I am not expecting any less distortion here so just hope they give all character its due respect specially duryodhan who had called karna sootputra in earlier version of this ph

I also want rasmirathi they bring.

And I just hope anyone won't bash any book here. I can dislike some books like I dislike karna's wife but that doesn't me I will disrespect kavita Kane. Coz some people surely like the book and after all an author has every right to show their pov

Same is applicable for everyone.

I just read Mrityunjay out of curiosity. Arjuna aside, The charecterization of Karna is quite good in that book. They're also taking the character of Shon in the show so maybe they're following Mrityunjay. I just hope they don't show the non-existent Karna-Draupadi angle that's all

Actually havent read any good books on Karna so i like Vyasa's Karna the best.Characterization wise i like how he has been characterized in Ajaya more than MJ or POI .But i hope they don't follow Ajaya since pandavs are completely villians in Ajaya

So overall i would like him to be like Vyasa's Karna ya there will be distortions and fictional elements but i want him to be as close to Vyasa's Karna as possible

In regional versions i have heard that Bengali MB and Taml MB have a lot of Karna related incidents that are not part of Vyasa's MB so may be they can follow that as well

I don't want Vrushali would rather see Padmavati since she is part of Bengali MB.Vrushali is fictional

I heard it's based on MJ but that is a terrible book 🤢 I would not mind seeing Ajaya and POi but Karna's wife I would not want to as it degrades Arjuna. To say the truth I would like to watch Karna's story in a proper and delightful fashion. Not justifying his wrong acts or making him a total bad person. I hope they show his human nature.. Although I don't expect much 😆 😆

Mahabharat is only one Ved Vyasa Mahabharat [ sanskrit].Ved Vyasa Mahabharat showing Karn's wife n child n more Karn's Good n bad side..

after more Mahabharat In regional versions books n Phd works But they all follow only Sanskrit Ved vyasa mahabharat .

Cvs follow Karn's character on Ved Vyasa Mahabharat [ sanskrit] n all others regional books n Phd works .

Not any one Book.

Now i doing Phd from BHU Sanskrit [DEP] [ Sanskrit subject] my topic -- Mahabharat me Gandhari . so now i read More Mahabharat.. Ved Vyasa n all other ..Mahabharat n Books.

so wait n watch Jo hai real wohi dikhayenge..Cvs...

I agree. The book left a bad taste in my mouth. It is the biggest white-wash of Karna's character. I think half the myths about Karna came from that book 🤢

Considering the PH I think they'll take parts of many books and also add their own "creativity" to make a complete hybrid 😆
