Bang on! I have noticed this for quite some time that the camera tends to focus on Sayli quite a bit! she seems to get more camera time during performances even when it’s not her teammate that is performing!
I am glad someone else noticed this!

So Pratyush does have a clout!. I was so sure he would be the first one to be eliminated unless he has some connections! It’s unfair that Sayantani and Harshita got eliminated before voting started. Why do that to just 2 kids!!! They could have brought it down to 10 kids and then started voting fairly and have all kids being voted on same day. This splitting of contestant voting on 2 days is highly unfair. Rituraj and Mani got favored as they get voted on 2 separate days and can garner all of Salman Ali’s diehard fan votes!
Even the allocation of songs - solos and duets has been unfair.
It is turning out to be more about captains than contestants!

Pratyush or Sayli? I'm starting to wonder if she's sponsoring the show or what. Got Team of the week today 🤣 Their team would have been my last pick based on this week's performances 🤔

Agree about eliminating two kids earlier. What was the point? Maybe they were trying to save accommodation expenses

@bold: absolutely. Soyeb has to sing duet with Salman while two solos for Rituraj. Mani sings with PD as if TCT were not obvious with their bias already. All PD fans would now vote for Mani I guess 🤪

Also, Mani, Pratyush, Faiz, Sayisha got the most screentime this week. Mani more than everyone else. Not complaining about longer screentime if it's enjoyable, but at least make it even between all kids instead of a select few.

From the first episode it’s been happening - mostly showing off her lip syncing every songs contestants singing but last night in Pranjal time, it was ott. Don’t know why.?

Even when musicians playing, camera on her and she her actions as if she is the head of the musician team.

03-July-2022. Hema Malini and Esha Deol.

So right at the end we have been informed that Aryananda was ill! Why couldn't they do it at the start?

Samaira with Arunita. I feel Samaira sings better with Arunita than with Sayli. She sang quite wrll today though a little bit of nasal twang is still remaining.

Aruna with Sayli. No idea why Sayli was needed here. I felt both songs Nikamma and Dhoom Machale suited Aruna's voice and style better than Sayli. But neither of them took the songs to the heights that the songs deserved. I can only imagime what somebody like SMP can do with a song like this!

Rituraj. This boy is so versatile, in my opinion. Slow songs, serious songs, peppy songs - all of it. And he excels like he did today. Sayisha's accompaniment was quite good too.

Pratyush with Rohan. The chef drama went on too long even in FF mode! They rocked the song Pyaar Hamein Kis Mod Pe Le Aaya. Probably Pratyush 's best performance to date.

Mani with Pawandeep. Good to see him happy with Hema Malini's home invitation but they need to drop the introductory story. Mere Naina Saawan Bhaado. Wow! That was a terrific performance by Mani! They really need to focus on his talent now. One of the highlights of this episode.

Faiz. Dreamgirl and Hamein Tumse Pyaar Kitna. Faiz rocked both the numbers with a very different style, I felt.

Sayisha. Mere naseeb mein! That was so much better than the promo! She did extremely welll. And it was so endearing to see her keep looking to her right for encouragement from her mother and immediately to her left for encouragement from Pawandeep!

Team of the week : Sayli. Can't agree with this. In my view it should have been Pawandeep or Arunita. Sayisha, Pranjal, Soyab, Rohan, Faiz all gave sterling performances!

Top 5: Samaira, Mani, Sayisha, Rohan, Pratyush. Can't agree with this list either!

Others:

Pawandeep was absent from the sets during Arunita's performance with Samaira and during Faiz's performance.

No sideways glance by Pawandeep today.

Arunita and Pawandeep's singing in their respective performances - just wow!

Dilbar mere by Salman, Danish and PD - Salman started a bit too hight, I felt! From the look on Esha Deol's face I think even she was finding it a bit meh! PD's voice seemed to be more suited to the song than the other 2.

3rd July Hema malini & Esha Deol Special

Samaira - Aru :- samaira did well.
Aruna -Sayli :- overhyped. It lacked the Dhoom - its again an energised song, easy to make you want to tap your feet - but overall it turned out to be very mediocre.

Rituraj - one of the most versatile of the lot. Consistent as always. Loved his numbers. Sayisha matched him well. 👍

Pratyush -Rohan :- an awesome act by the duo. Though Rohan stood out better in his lines, together they were fabulous. They rocked. 👍👍

Mani - Pawan :- Wonderful performance by Mani. My fav song with my fav captain. 👍.
Faiz :- Another iconic song rendered with feel. 👌. Faiz voice was suited to the song. His tonal qlty is such that you feel he is apt for the song , whether it is arijit’s love ballads, Rafi Saab ‘s breezy numbers or kishoreda’s intense ones. A PD in the making. 👍

Sayisha :- although she did v well, I felt something slightly amiss, considering her own benchmarks. Or maybe my expectations reg her are sky high now. It was still a good performance. 👍

Eye-rolls & rants 🙄 👇🏽

* Faiz not getting DHD nor a medal. He so so deserved the medal this week.

* Paucity of drama on sat was compensated today. Hema -Esha’s ‘ my mom’ , ‘ my daughter’ (which went on & on throughout), Pratyush’s unintentionally non-funny culinary skills,🙄 Mani saga, HR-Rituraj drama… TCT got all their check-lists covered today. They could’ve at least let 2 more kids perform in this time.

* Team of the week :- Sayli! I mean, really???

Wows 💕

* PD rocked & ruled Dilbar mere… salman thought he was singing ‘sajda’ 😀 & Danish was okayish

* Aru in Tune o rangeele… how does she do it? 💕💕👌👌 Everytime with every song??

* Samaira sings best with Aru just as Vishwaja sings best without Sayli. 😁

* goosebump moment - the minute Pawan started the humming on mere naina.👌

Dhak -dhak moment :- when the camera was panning Sayli during one of Esha’s ‘ my mom’ moments… thought she will jump in with another vote of thanks to her mom too. Thank God for small mercies. 🙏

Just a thought …Adi ke suit ka kapda bacha tha kya jo Rituraj ke jumpsuit bane? 🤔😀

Almost same thoughts here.

I prefer Rohan over Pratyush. He sings well and is entertaining too, hope he doesn't get eliminated soon.

Mani is so good. Don't know why they need the background story everytime when the kid is so talented, it may actually become reason for some viewers' dislike towards him.

Faiz was good but I was expecting more from him in the 2nd song. His tonal quality is his biggest strength.

Remember ‘similarities’ & ‘differences’ from our school days? I am reminded of that now - since I look forward to two reviews - from PV_IFhandle & Felixfelilah - one to check out similarities & the other differences respectively. 😀.

I was watching tonight's episode while reading this thread. In the end I decided not to watch the episode after reading all your comments especially about Mani, Pratyush horrible recipes and who got team of the week + top 5.

Too much politics going on in the show. 😡
