@PV_IFhandle. Prityush most of the time being given dhd and will continue for few episodes to save him from elimination, just for drama. Then bang he will be eliminated as competition gets tough.

I thought the episode was going really well. Until the last 10 mins.

Such unfairness with Team Arunita this week Nobody got to sing twice. Rohan had to perform with Pratyush. Faiz barely sang for 2 mins. And even then, no comments from judges. I think her team got about 7 mins of screen time in total

Also, as expected, KK tribute was less than 5 mins. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a singing show if all they could do was such a hurried tribute with barely 2 lines said by everyone 😡 Dance Deewane Junior yesterday had a beautiful tribute with Usha Uthup singing his songs, along with honoring Lataji and Bappi da. But here, ugh

Performance-wise everyone were really good. Great song choices too. I thought Sayantani's voice was better suited for the song than Arunita's. Rituraj is really good. His pronunciation has also improved a lot. Chetanya-Danish started off strong, but really, it was less their singing and more the song itself that created the vibe. Towards the end they were just engaged in a shouting match though Liked Salman-Mani better. Sayisha-Pawan is a standout jodi. They can attempt some iconic duets now. Pratyush-Samaira was also enjoyable. Faiz's song did not require those background singers at all. Sayantani's voice was piercing my ears and totally ruined the essence of Faiz's voice 😔 Although, I still loved hearing him. His voice just has that effect. I found my cheeks wet even though it was such a short performance. KK 🥺

The elimination was pretty much expected, but the booster medal was a shitty thing to pull off last minute. Such visible partiality and biasedness 🤓 They could as well have called in Chetanya and said, "bete, we would like to have you in the show for a few more weeks. Ye lo medals"

Anyways, loved todays concept. Got to know about some truly Super Women and their inspiring stories 👏

Harshita and Sayantani got eliminated. These two didn’t even get to show their talent Pratyush should haven been eliminated instead of Sayantani.

Well at least now we know medals cant necessarily save them frm elimination. They probably did this to make the eliminations unpredictable.

Aruna. Slightly different from usual but not too different. I think they can give her different songs and she will do well. She seems to be a good singer whose capabilities are not being exhibited here.

Sayisha with Pawan. Hitting the ball out of the stadium. With a new instrument as well! Nuances of the vocals captured so well. She seems to have a bright future. While captains may not actually be spending too much time with their team but I have a feeling that their influence definitely rubs off. This ability and willingness to learn and play new instruments is an example of that, in my view.

Rituraj with Harshita. As I said last week, their voices match so much that we should expect to see more duets. Rituraj continues to excel. Harshita once again - talented but tonal quality issues.

Mani with Salman. He sang very well but it was his usual stuff.

Chetanya with Danish. Quite well done. But I would like to see him singing totally different songs and see how he does there. Melody, sentimental, soft, romantic, etc.

Pratyush and Samaira. Nothing extraordinary I guess. But the judges still felt they deserve a DHD 🤷

Sayantani with Arunita. Sayantani did better than some of her previous performances, I felt. But this song wasn't really a difficult song to test her, and the difficult high pitch part was sung by Arunita anyway.

Faiz. Commendable to be the participant selected to pay a tribute to KK. He did well but it was not his best. He was looking towards the band a few times - I wonder if there was some issue with his in-ear monitor or something was off.

Samaira with Sayli. No idea why just those two lines!

Team of the week. Danish. 🤷. I mean, really?

Medals. Rituraj, Chetanya, Sayisha. Little surprised about Chetanya. And what shit about 3 medals in one - just to boost up Chetanya I guess!

Elimination. Sayantani and Harshita. Both expected but probably not this early. I would have felt Samaira, Chetanya, Pratyush probably would have been eliminated earlier than these two.

That lady's story who had to live as a man named Muthu - quite touching and inspiring. I had read about it recently in the newspaper.

Chhavi Mittal - such a positive attitude! Truly commendable!

The women in security. More such initiatives required throughout the country 👍

Pawandeep - uncomfortable with the jokes being cracked by HR and Javed Ali, but he sang those two lines very beautifully!

Haven’t watch the episode yet just saw the clips of elimination and what’s up with 3 medals in one and why only 3 of them got the medal?

I have heard that all is not well with Sony/TCT and Aru/PD as far as SS2 script and other issues are concerned. If we notice, both did not promote SS2 on their IG this week. We can expect something to change. Not sure what though :)

Some new thing they pulled out of the bag. Each medal of yesterday is worth 3 medals. Clearly it was meant to save Chetanya.

I hope they are able to prevail on Sony / TCT. The situations they create are so obviously contrived and totally not with the flow. Plus people like Bharti can be really crass with their jokes. Consistently talking about "Good news" with Sayli! Truly low!

Interesting. I think they may have objected to the ‘joru ka ghulam’ kind of jokes. It’s unnecessary to keep teasing them for TRP. I am glad if they have taken objections. They still used them in this weekends episode.

Let’s see what next weekend brings.

I am very disappointed with Sayantani being eliminated. She definitely was one of the better female singers. Aru’s team still hasn’t gotten team of the week award and Danish got it three times. He has all older kids in his team.
They eliminated 2 girls, so next week it will be at least one boy getting eliminated. Sayantani didn’t get a fair run in the show. Hope they bring her back. They are too obvious in promoting some kids.
Wonder if the previous season did not have a voting option. They need to open voting lines. Otherwise it is too obvious who will be in top 5.
Personally, since it’s a kids show I prefer the 12 and under kids.

Re. bold : and based on the general comments on this forum, Danish's team isn't even that great. I wonder if there is some trade off that we will keep 2 captains in the limelight all the time, and in return the other 3 of you keep getting team of the week.

Re. Sayantani - she was definitely much better than several others who are around and who are getting hyped up all the time. Pratyush, Chetanya are names that come to mind immediately.

They have a history of eliminating some strong singers at the 1st chance. Last Season they eliminated Biren Dang in the 1st round. He went on to win his next show!
