I humbly disagree :)
I think that the role of the Captain is eyewash by TCT and Sony. The entire training is imparted by Neeraj/Mangal etc. The Captains hardly spend any time with the youngsters. Pawan and Arunita even seem disconnected and uninterested. They are mostly occupied with their lives and multiple commitments. They don't visit the children on off days - they just go on Monday and Tuesday.
Sayli and Danish have much less on their plate and may actually drop in (when Sayli is not honeymooning in Goa) on other days to teach the kids something. Salman is also very busy and I don't think he does any more than PD and Aru.
So Vishwaja may actually gain something extra from Sayli.
I may be wrong, but that is what I feel after seeing the show over 2 Seasons.

Honestly, it needs years of experience and specific musical qualities to mentor singers. You can't turn into great mentors overnight.
Sachin may well be auditioning for IL13. 🤣He does not seem to be a part of the mentoring team for this show. There is someone else (whose name I now forget).

i would not compare them for finale place. Both are different.

In my openion faiz, saisha, vishwaja, Aryananda and Mani are the deserving ones for finals from each team.

Ofcourse everyone has their own choice of finalists so no offense 😊

Why was Faiz not in the contestant seating area in Sat episode? Unless I missed it. Somehow I felt he was not in the seating area. They showed him I think once and he seemed to be seating separately or showed a visual of him from a previous episode.

Vishwaja-Sayli: overall a good performance but I feel the song selection for Vishwaja so far have been what suits Sayli! She needs to not overshadow Vishwaja. The girl has potential but she needs to sing some solos so people can hear her voice individually.

Pratyush-Rohan: overall okay. Somehow I don’t like Pratyush singing even though he sings in tune. Rohan is a performer! But this duet could have been better.

Pranjal: Good but nothing new.

Aryananda-Rituraj: I am personally not a fan of Aryananda. Something feels amiss when I listen to her. If she gets into top 5 that will be a surprise for me unless she has a good clout with production house. Getting votes will be hard for her as she seems very shy or not confident to face camera. I saw one YouTube video where Rituraj was acting as a host and introducing the contestants and Aryananda was standing in the back and suddenly left the room when she realized it will be her turn.

Rituraj is Rituraj and he delivers his songs perfectly. I hope they stop this HR-Anup gimmick with him. It is so obviously staged and it is not even funny but purely annoying.

Soyab: He sang one of my favorite songs by Chanchal. Overall good. He has done better in the past. I had not liked his singing initially but I feel he has good potential. His high notes are not screechy. I am not a fan of high pitched notes and that’s why I don’t like to listen to Salman or Danish. But I think Soyab has potential and I am glad that his gimmick with Salman has been toned down drastically.

Mani: He seems like a very quiet and innocent boy. I like him overall but I feel that they have overdone his personal background. The kid is emotional so why bring his mom there before his performance. He was genuinely crying and then it is hard to sing afterwards. They must have given a long break before he could sing. When he first started did he start in the middle of the song on purpose or he really forgot the beginning of the song? He needs a bit more confidence and he needs to tone down high notes a bit. I like this kid and I hope they nurture him well and make him more confident of his singing and purely focus on singing. This is the second time he forgot lyrics and maybe this time he had better reasons. I wish they had brought his mom on stage after he completed the song.

Arudeep duet: They looked like they had not rehearsed the song well but they still can create the aura and they are currently my favorite singing duo. If they didn’t have enough time for rehearsal, Instead of giving them a song they don’t routinely sing on stage, they could have given them a song they are used to.

I absolutely LOVE Arunita’s voice. She is a gem and delivers her song effortlessly. I could hear her all day long! ❤️

Faiz was there pretty much the entire time. Maybe because all other kids were standing and cheering while he was sitting most of the times, you didn’t notice 😆

@bold: True. I personally don’t understand her fandom based on her performances so far. Sayisha and Samaira are better than her, just my opinion. But she has very dedicated fans from her previous shows so she has the biggest chances of making it to finals among the girls.

Didn’t Shekhar and Archana come towards the end? I think they were not even there during the actual performances yesterday and their reactions were edited in. My guess is that they were only present during Faiz’s act.

Woah, if he did, I certainly didn’t see it. His performance is today I think. And he doesn’t have two songs this week.
