Why can't we block Members?

Hello,

Why blocking Members isn't implemented yet? I know there is "blocked-list" but this doesn't help much.
They still can see our Posts but I guess only can't PM you directly. But the most irritating thing is, the blocked Members are in your "buddy-list" when you send out PM's. Why the hell is it so? 😲
And no one ever realized this before?😲 This is really irritating.. Mods are nowhere when we need... then atleast put up some features which Members may be could help themselves out...
