We NEED protection from plagiarism!

Not only creative work but even general posts get copied!

This leaves no motivation to come and post online.

It's disheartening when your stuff is copied.

If India Forums has strict policies on external content then why no strict measure for internal content? Why nothing to protect members' work?

Why don't you disable right click and use of CTRL+C on your site? Why is NO COPY option not available for all pages and posts?

We spend so much time on what we do. It hurts to no end when all time and effort goes waste thanks to plagiarism!

I don't feel like posting anymore. In fact making every post Members only or adding No copy each time is odd. Why should we have to do it?

You have thousands of members and posts. Why don't you do something concrete to protect work of members? Or you think we just post time pass, faltu comments that merit no protection?

Agree. Please provide a safety net for creativity and originality for all. Also if people want to copy ask permission first and CREDIT your inspiration FIRST. It's good manners.

I agree with all the comments.

Its takes a lot of brainstorming on our part to write a post or make a banner. Its like there is no value for all the hard work done by us and its all going in drain if we don't get the credit.

Its not appreciation we want, its a ban on CTRL + C so that no one can copy our stuff and CTRL + S so that no one can save our stuff and then copy it somewhere else.

Please do something about this or else there will not be anyone posting any such creative posts.

Agree. It is very irking to see our posts getting copied to various other external sites without even a decent courtesy of crediting it to the respective author . Instead of that , the plagiarist , attempts to parade it as their own to gain a few words of praise from the stars.
