I don't know what thread this screenshot was from, I don't know what the conversation was. I'm going off of the shot itself and don't see what the big deal is.

Actors play crossgender roles all the time, it's a form of acting. Google it if you want.

Since this keeps popping up on my posts, I wanted to add one more thing. Being a fan of someone doesn't mean one has to become their virtual lawyer.

I'm a fan of Sanaya's work in IPK. A few of my friends on this thread are. We all know Zee_news doesn't have a high opinion of her. And as far as I remember neither me nor any of my friends have abused Zee for that. That's Zee's opinion and we have all in fact maintained an amicable relationship with her.
