Hi Friends,

We understand your point of view and will pass this onto the higher authorities responsible for promotion.

As far as joining the Development Team, there are a few criteria that are to be met. As mentioned previously it goes beyond doing regular updates and conducting activities, such MOTW/ and Games. A certain degree of maturity and responsibility are to be expressed in regular discussion in the forum without preaching others. Their interaction with fellow members is also taken note of. Based on all this, we sure do have some ideal candidates, and we hope they too get the deserving promotion.

Though it may not be oblivious, but one of the prime issues all faced was the lack of enough higher authorities such as GM. Some sections even lacked CMs, hence other section DTs had to help out. Hence certain things needed to be prioritized and given that we have another GM, it may help ease the current situation. With more helping hands for the higher authorities, we are sure things would slowly fall in place.

As mentioned before, this thread will be brought to the attention of the higher authorities and we will ensure that all of you are heard. Please do not feel disappointed. In the meantime, please bear with us.

i completely agree with you shreya iam glad someone raised the voice against this thing

this is the thing which i hate their selection techniques

after spending like more than 6 months wat i got nothing except the reply that the forum does not require a VB so no1 is selected for that post wat about the time i spend in making threads posting discussion topics games motws cotws wat bout that

i was so disappointed that i left volunteering for DT and believe it or not even started hating DT's for not selecting me knowing how much efforts i put it in

anyways it not about me its about u guys now

its really unfair with you guys i dont wish i demand to admin to promote you guys too as Cool VB for the forums for which u were volunteering as i know you guys are really deserving and have put so much efforts in making the forum a better place.

Plz admin,New Global Moderator Aahaana plz dont neglect this issue plz promote them to Cool VB's.

Not only on these two channels forum.. I really feel the person who deserves proper promotion..who are really working hard to make forum active never get VB promotion..

I really don't get the method of selection...Now I m really disappointed with this behavior of Mod's..and not expecting Anything...

yups! agreed! I belong to The Buddy Project forum and though I'm a newly appointed Coolbie, I do believe that our forum needs an active Viewbie. In one week of my absence, some trouble happened there which would've been avoided had there been an active Mod. The issue was small, it was forgotten. Our members are mostly mature, I agree but seeing that all the shows, specially youth ones, with more than one central couple do end up getting in trouble sooner or later, an active Mod is really needed.

Yeah, my two cents were worthless but still...support your cause guys! Partiality ain't right! Hope everyone gets their deserved due! :)

Hello Everyone,

I can understand the coolbies concerns and we can assure that we are not taking anyone for granted. All of our coolbies are a great asset for the forum and play a huge role in the success of our forum🤗.

I realize that many of you may be the Channel V and Life Ok Channels. Unfortunately, I have not been much active in those forums, hence I would need to discuss with my seniors regarding the current situation. But rest assured, we will look into your concerns and get back fairly soon.

Hey guys although i am not a coolbie i couldnt agree more with you!!! I am a member of the The Buddy Project forum and i have seen how much Khushi and Aanchal and the other coolbies work really hard to make the forum a clean and better place for everyone and still doesnt get their deserved place in the forum!!! TBP is a forum in which a lot of activities go on and we really need a videobie and i would request the concerned authorities to not overlook the forums just because you feel that they are not active enough!! All our coolbies, be it khushi,Aanchal or others, have put in a lot of hardwork and are really friendly to all the members in the forum!! And as far as i know its not really easy to manage 1 forum and at the same time be they are doing an excellent job at it!!! So i hope you that you will do the needful!!I hope i haven't offended anyone with my comment

Totally agree with your post...have been on channel V forums for quite some time and yes a Viewbie is so required for every show especially when its all youth based and plus most of the coolbies handle every single thing in the forum and keeping it all clean so they deserve to be promoted...hope this post is really taken into consideration 😊
