hii...am new here.
recently i tried commenting on celebrity's profile n videos...but i could comment on only 3 articles...after that i waited for 1 hour..still i get the same message "u cant comment more than 3 times in 5 mins"

can anyone help me sort this issue...this happened with me twice...am not able to comment even though i wait for 1 hour or so..still the 5 mins is not over for IF.

and can anyone help me with ranking rules...its all confusing ...once it accepts my comment, once it say u exceeded comments..etc etc

i had faced tht same problem a few times too...what i'd advise u to do is ensure that:-

-the last comment in the profile isn't urs, because if it is then u can't post a new comment.

-u can only post 1 comment in the profile every 24hours

-ensure that your comment is not an exact copy of a comment u have previously posted on the profile...add something extra to it...
