u need to upload the pic/s first on any image hosting site and then follow the instructions on the first page(first post)-how to post image :)

eg

Ishan thanx for the prompt reply but its not working, i used the imageshack to get the link. I tried all three links, direct link and the embed link but none works. Should i resize the video ive uploaded b4 i get the link and what size should i chose. kindly help
