lllyria, You can put pressure on your sinus pressure points to relieve pain...Use washcloth over your forehead in running hot shower and breath the steam...Use Netipot or some sort of sinus rinse to clean sinus cavities..Strong tiger balm helps..Tiger balm has 3 strengths..get the one is strogest..

Use mask at night to keep your nasal passage moist...

See a doctor...Possibly migrane or Sinus headaches..

Wow that thread. Nur - I think you saw it coming last week, didn't you?! 😆 Seriously, the only way you pull down potential candidates in reality shows - and its like THE eternal norm - is by calling them off on things like attitude, as opposed to your popular 'humble' favorites. I started typing out a reply after reading the first 2 lines, but then I reached that last line - I wish she was like Sachin - which was SO ridiculous, I didn't think there was anything ANYONE could say to reason with someone who makes statements like that. Like what do you tell them - hey buddy, this is not a Miss India pageant - they are not looking for the most congenial please them all personality/attitude here, you might wana check if you're in the wrong place you know! Although, you could say something more straightforward like - hey this is a singing show and 'attitude' is not the judging criteria, so being like Sachin doesn't get any contestant brownie points - but isn't that supposed to be obvious?! Nvm!

Mash - so you don't like it much because you don't understand it, or you don't like much, period?! I heard it first time when we had to do something for a cultural desi event way back in high school, and I like it tons from back then - good memories to add to any song make it better! =)

Jules - If you're not home, I'd assume you don't have Iodex or Vicks balm/spray on you? Using either of those usually helps me. Or just tying a scarf REAL tight - if public appearance can be forsaken.

LOL OMG my brother does that in the house, it cracks me up but yeah that works. Thanks for the tips guys headache has gone now and feeling much better :)

I am always skeptical about reality shows, i will see who is the winner and then make judgement on how just this show is😆

And our forum gets more interesting still - there are now a couple posts asking why there are so many Ragini-haters/bashers on the forum... that we should hold back our insecurity about her being competition to Manasi and a true rockstar. 🥱

Is it so futile to try and wonder why people feel so compelled to be so perpetually one dimensional in their approach?! 🤔

LOL it's really comical now, Jzee but some ppl have come to the hilarious conclusion that Ragini is being "targetted" by her co-contestants who aren't nice to her and are "hating" on her, jealous of her blah blah😆😆

I don't know what show these ppl are watching...everyone is nice to each other on the show...if they are expecting blind praise ki baarish on Ragini, then yes they might sadly be disappointed😆

Anyways, I guess it's best to ignore all this silliness and focus on Manasi's singing.
