GAURI ARRIVES FOR THE SHOOT

Gauri Pradhan arrives on the sets of Special Squad at Kandivali, looking simple yet chic in a pinstriped top, denim capris and a shawl.



DOWN TO THE BASICS€.

Satish, Gauri€™s make-up artiste, starts off with applying the base. Gauri is blessed with a noproblem skin, even complexion and an angular face with high cheekbones, which is why she requires very light base makeup. Also, the bane of every actor €" dark circles €" are almost non-existent in her case.



SEALING IT UP

After completing the base make-up, Satish pats it in place with some loose powder and applies a coat of washer to seal it off, because Gauri€™s got a 16-scene schedule for the day and the base must not run off.



EYES, EYES BABY!


Satish now begins with Gauri€™s eye make-up. In the serial, Gauri plays Deepika Ghosh, Acting Head of Special Squad, so her make-up needs to be smart yet subtle. This leaves little scope for dramatising her eye make-up, which consists of a faint pink eye shadow and a pair of false eyelashes glued on.



BLUSH ON AND FINISHING TOUCHES

A hint of pink blush on is given to highlight Gauri€™s prominent cheekbones, just so. Gauri now adds the finishing touches to her make-up, with black eyeliner, brown eye pencil and a single coat of mascara.



LIP SERVICE

Gauri€™s lip makeup consists of her favourite shade and a dollop of gloss.



HAIRSTYLING

Anandi, Gauri€™s hairstylist, segments Gauri€™s hair and simply irons the lower portion, to give her a sleek look. That completes the hair bit, after which Gauri changes into her costume for the shoot.




ALL SET TO €˜SHOOT€™

Clad in a formal suit with an olive green shirt, Gauri Pradhan aka Deepika Ghosh is all set to crack yet another case for Special Squad.
