Thought of sharing here :

There are four yugas widely accepted in Hinduism. They are :
1.Satya yug
2.Treta yug (Ramayana)
3.Dwapara yug(Mahabharata)
4.Kal yug(Present)

In Satya yug, the figtht was between two worlds.(Devalok & Asuralok) Asuralok being the evil, was a different WORLD.

In Treta yug, the fight was between Rama and Ravana. Both rulers from two different COUNTRIES.

In Dwapara yug, the fight was between Pandavas and Kauravas. Both good and evil from the SAME FAMILY.

Kindly note how the evil is getting closer. For example, from a DIFFERENT WORLD to a DIFFERENT COUNTRY to the SAME FAMILY.

Now, know where is the evil in Kaliyug???

It is inside us. Both GOOD AND EVIL LIVE WITHIN. The battle is within us. Who will we give victory to, our inner goodness or the evil within??
Think, identify and fight the evil ...

Absolutely true Aditi !
Thank you for sharing this message here .
There is evil and good in each person and the challenge is to fight the evil having identified it with the wisdom of knowledge and by following the path of dharma .

Han Shruti ! As you have mentioned , it is indeed our actions which takes us places ( weather we remember them or not ! Karma sure keeps track and seems to be the only precise one )
Ravan though might have had his share of good deeds , the bad ones must have increased manifold . Although ultimately he does gets his share of the goodness fromRam himself .

Wonderful points to be understood and analysed and enjoyed as the wisdom in all these unfolds in our minds !

Again and again just wished these wonderful knowledge is shared or implanted into the young minds ( students ) these days !

Loved ur take savita 👍🏼
Aditi, thanx for sharing that piece. I see mythology to be more or less as a part of psychology.. Somewhere somehow the stories depict the psychology of a human mind.

Lanka is a zoo 🤣 anu u nailed it 👏
Cmn to ravan being narrow minded I have one long rant over this 😆

Yday's episode is also remaining from my end 😆

Shurpi is a penguin and Sulo wants her to fly 🤣

Cmn to Ram and Sita's love.. Well as I said it is "Sairat". They took their own decisions amidst the chaos..

Ravan wants to marry sita. Sita is unaffected..

Bali can't be killed. Ram doesn't believe.

Here's where the art of thought comes into play..

@DD Jackpot for you. Netro Kholo Mandodari. Aaj Mandodari ke netra has opened. 😆😆. And I hit Jackpot when Ram compared Hanuman with Bharath 😆😆
@Savitha I loved your take that scene was on top of mountain.

@aditi in the recent intrepretation of Bhagavad Gita I read it says battle of kurushtera happens every sec in our mind. And we are like Arjun asking direction everytime. It is to choose Ram and Ravan inside us, it is to choose Sita and Mandodari within us. If we accept that raging battle we will be able to find solutions also.

What an episode today . Once again Dharma will protect itself. I loved the take in Lanka and Kishkinda. Kaikasi has build an empire on Mahatwakamsha and Sita tells her if she didn't give her son right direction this empire of hers will go for a toss.

It was a beautiful scene. It showed Kaikasi's failure as a mother to give right knowledge to her son. In her Mahatwakamsha she only told her son to conquer and today he ended up physically conquering a woman near to whom Kaikasi cannot go.

Fire protects Sita. And what is the source of the fire. It is her inner fire. Fire that burns as light inside her in the form of Ram's love, but outside it manifests as the symbol of Lanka's destruction. Once again CVs showed what does born out of fire means. You can be created on someone's inner anger, and you can manifest your inner love as fire towards the destruction of dharma. First one destroys you too, but second one only destroys what needs to be destroyed protecting you and your loved ones. If you look Panchali loses her children to the war, to the revenge, while Sita she has her children and her husband and family is safe in Ayodhya. Because Panchali's fire was revenge, Sita's fire was love. Sita shows us the direction to manifest our turmoils, our fights into constructive fire so that it destroys adharma, but it doesn't destroy you.

Talking about revenge. Today Ram tells Sugreeva yes he will send the arrow. But for the adharma Bali has done Sugreeva has to give him punishment. Revenge has to go out of system only then dharma can prevail. Once again it highlights we have to fight our battle. We have to put effort. God support, but only if we fight, if we put effort our conscience come clean, we feel good, positive, trust ourselves. Only if we trust ourselves we can trust God. If you don't trust yourself you cannot trust another person. And when Ram tells today you are not fighting your brother , but an adharmi I felt like Krishna telling BG to Arjun. Your fight is not with the person, but what they represent.

Mandodari. I am leaving to this to DD. She had already explained and predicted about such a scene. So DD do the honors.

Last but not the least. Why is Hanuman's seva bhav goes above Bharath though Ram compares him to Bharath. It is because Bharath is blood relation. Ram's brother. It is natural for him to feel affectionate towards Ram. But Hanuman a stranger who has never seen Ram. Waiting for Ram. Putting himself in his seva with blind trust, he goes above Bharath. And it is the blind trust that a stranger gives Ram elevates him to the position of God. Hanuman has not experienced Ram. He only knew he existed. Yet he surrenders himself to Ram when he sees him. Son of Anjana and Kesari with the soul of wind understands his swami. That's why I stress on soul of wind. Wind represents feelings. And it is the feeling of Hanuman which makes him understand who Ram is without being with him. Hanuman is a person who has harnessed his feelings in the right direction
