Isn't that why they are the ideal man and woman, Savita? They teach us that love and forgiveness is the Ultimate. They teach us the path of love, don't they?

@Shrutha when you are cheated in a relation let it be any type it is very hard to keep your soul intact. And one thing you have to know. The only people who can do that is the one who have not betrayed anyone knowingly. Unintentionally many things happen. And the one with soul will acknowledge the mistake and make effort to correct it.
When does one lose soul. One way or the other you have broken someone's trust. Knowingly for your self interest. And then your world goes upside down.
If you read Shakespeare's Othello there is a dialogue Desdimona's dad says to Othello. She has cheated me today, she will cheat you one day. The seed of Othello's suspicion on Desdemona as the story progresses lies in the way she married him, leaving her father. Many times I tell in love marriages many arguments come because of one basic reason. Somewhere the partners know they have broken the trust of their parents who had bought them up with care and love for self interest. So once broken for self interest, it can be broken again for self interest.
Ram and Sita have never broken any past relations for new relations. That's why they are able to keep their soul intact.

That's also why praying to God will lead to salvation. When you understand the Lord, and His teachings, your will learn what to do. He will always be the guiding light. To all of us, as long as we believe it. He Himself is bound by words.
You won't break anyone's trust as long as you trust God.

Shrutha Ram and Sita lead by example. whether it is fulfilling one's responsibilities or the way they maintain their relationships. We need Ram's determination as well as Sita's strength in this modern world. So they are not just to be revered and put on a pedestal, but followed to have a complete life.

Shruthi di,Savita di,Shrutha,Gowri great discussions going on 👏

Now coming to the topic of discussion,Can someone trust the person who has cheated you?? We may be able to forgive that person but would we be able to trust that person completely???
Even if we do,it won't take much time for suspicion to arise..

I am reminded of Sant Rahim's doha where he compares relationships with a thread saying,'a thread once broken can never be joined, and even if it is,a knot or an obstacle would always remain'

And a person also looses one's soul when he/she is repeatedly cheated, when we see that cheating, deceiving is the way of life and people who use unfair mean's get what they want and those who don't remain behind.

I agree. It would be very difficult to trust someone who has cheated you completely. That suspicion will always be there.
That's why we learn the stories of Gods. They have shown us trust, and what to do.

@Antika in life whenever I had faced broken relations, or rather someone has betrayed my trust( It had happened on multiple occasions) for me the dynamics of that relation changes. A distance does come. You stop expecting from that person, you don't ask anything also. But there are cases where the person committed mistakes, the betrayal was not intentional, but situational assumption. In that case the path is difficult as you will need proof and giving the proof of loyalty is the hardest thing.
But even then I still cannot turn away someone asking help. What if they genuinely need it. Only difference is these days I test and evaluate. I observe to see the genuineness and fakeness. That's the learning I got from experience. 😃
