I have stayed in the US too n their nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is more than life..
we have grown up watching scenes in movies where women commit suicide after being raped..
so do u think this mentality started from satya yug or treat yug itself?

@bold- And this is mostly applicable to women.
I have not seen a man commiting suicide after raping a girl!!😡

And more than that - the root question.. why is rape even linked to 'izzat'? why should the victim be ashamed?

Hello Shirley

Nice point. . .

Recently I read some blog of a lady (sorry I am really bad with names) she was a Rape Victim rather a survivor who went on to become sucessful in her chosen feild. . . she had asked this question and I am directly quoting from her " who has placed their izzat in vagina"

A good thought provoking question . . .

Result kya hota????? Focus on the reasoning that the ppl offer... If this mistake of hers is acknowledged, others will follow the same...

But cmn to shatrughna u need to always remember what this guy was given...

First in mithila, ram gave him knowledge of "prakriti" I.e a girl leaving her house and its their responsibility to look after her..

The next cut to dandak van lakshman teaches shatrughna to act... That is "sanskriti". The brahmarishi had taken a samadhi. But what gave lakshman dat clue? The ants I.e again prakriti. Observe prakriti u'll reach sanskriti. But but but, the point that shatrughna forgets today is that there was a saint or a sage that day. And today he's facing the common man...

The sage had taken a refuge under prakriti... But what about the common man?

I actually skipped this whole thing. I thot shruthi might explain 😆

Did u observe the sequence? Day before bharat asked shatrughna to take his advise if he needs. As per me this decision needed bharat's consent... That man who had the guts to challenge " parampara" to challenge "maryada". And c how cleverly cvs dealt with it... They didn't bring in bharat. Had they brought bharat and still shatrughna had taken rajdharma it would have been character distortion of bharat...

And c how shatrughna acts its very interesting..

He acknowledges the fact that the girl wasn't at fault. I.e he respected Ram's knowledge.. I.e prakriti. He acts in line with sanskriti I.e what lakshman taught him...

Again lakshman was sanskriti.. His journey to prakriti has started in the forest..

U need to know this..

Ram,bharat- prakriti
Shatrughna, lakshman- sanskriti

And if shatrughna had taken a different decision, how would drama happen? How will the story progress? How will the screenplay connect?

We need to remember this always, the end result of SKR will be same as Ramayana.. So to reach there we need to see how this connect... Again that doesn't make shatrughna grey...

Hus realization and journey to prakriti will start when sita is banished...

Lakshman sita debate scene will bite lakshman when lakshman has to leave sita in the forest.. Especially the words "maryada" "raghukul" "Suryawansh".

Similar parallel is with shatrughna. His decision will bite him when sita leaves without protection alone with her unborn kids..

Being a writer, I'll focus on the writing aspect.. Its a build up.. Build up towards the peak...
