@jaya we all know it one way or other unconsciously. I remember for the toughest of exams when I take textbook my mind will always have a picture of that exam done fine and me enjoying. I manage to scale through the paper.
Many people tell me I handle pressure. It is because when put in a stress situation I will check what I can do than worry about the problems.
See even when I see a show what I will check is, is there something in it for me to learn or atleast just sit, enjoy and relax.
But knowing that the brain functions that way we will be able to use it more consciously. Consciously train ourselves to change perceptions so that we can focus better.

If we tell " don't do it" it has the habit of doing or thinking that thing only. He also demonstrated that. He asked us " don't think about elephant". Believe me in my mind pic of elephant flashed😃. So he said anything negative make it positive. Change the perception so that brain will do what we want. For example if there is a problem, make it a challenge and tell I want to face this challenge.

Another interesting aspect was he said start from end. It was in line from 4 pillar theory and binary theory. goal is straight line. way to achieve goal is anti clockwise.
Have a purpose in mind. Instead of thinking want to buy a car, think what you will do after buying a car. So car is already there for the brain and it will find ways to get that car. 😆😆

Shruthi thank u for sharing this... I had heard a similar thing. I exactly don't remember where and when.. But its a very long time now...

Cmn to the purpose in mind... Someone had told me this... A person always imagined that he would be rich.. He'll have money all around... He became a cashier..

The next a person always wished to have all sorts of cars around him. He became a mechanic and cleaner.

Mudde ki baat ye hai ki one needs to have purpose... Without that, you may have everything around you but that would be without meaning...

And yes brain never accepts negative commands... I'll always end up doing what I would deny. I don't like to be the center of attention but ges what I always dream that am on the stage with all spotlights on me 😆

If I say am afraid of haunted places trust me my mind creates that image and a story to support it beforehand only 😆

I wasn't going to post today but...
I really wanted Shanta... But...

Exceptional!!!!!!!!! ⭐️

In terms of direction its of the best... One of the best episodes...

Deer represented dashratha... Ram sitting next to him was symbolic of ram with dashratha...

My gawd!!!!!! I had goosebumps...

Sita's dialogue really hit me hard...

Our dog died last yr. He was very close to my dad. But unfortunately my dadi was critical in pune so my dad had to rush immediately. Our dog died waiting for my dad to come back. My brother works in Mumbai so he had to leave at 4 in the morning, our dog sat there helplessly watching him leave. The angst... The pain and need to meet my dad was visible in his eyes.. Our dog died at 7 in the morning and my dadi was brought in the evening. As if he took her fate and granted her life. He died on kumbh snaan a very auspicious day. It was the longest day of our lives. Me and mumma were clueless ehst to do as none my dad or bro were there. It was raining profusely... There was some problem with the trains and my brother had to return. We buried our dog with all rituals... The night before I couldn't sleep... Time and again had dreams premonitory...

Ram's words on life death cycle were so true...

I ges today I really understood why ram gives moksha.. If Krishna gives u way, ram gives u moksha...

The way ram closes dashratha's eyes. Dashratha in peace.. That smile on his face...

Dashratha's words vo aa gaye vo mujhe lene aa gaye haunt me from the time my dadi would say them when she was on bed...

Urmila rushes to call vaid ji..

Shruthkirti informs kaikeyi... It more or less I connected with kirti informing bharat of mandvi's decision...

The episode has deeply moved my heart and soul...

@DD thanks for posting. I knew you would. Because it was a brilliant episode. In terms of direction in terms of performance. Ashish Sharma elevated ram to a different level. Without shedding a single tear he carried pain and empathy of ram. Yes I too was reminded of kirti running to tell Bharat. But in a deeper sense I saw her bringing all ingredients together. She represents moksha.final part. Taste. So she giving news to kaikeyi also looked like how the final product is tasting for kaikeyi. Urmila sound runs immediately to get assistance. Always on toes.understanding situation. I am not attached to pets much. But I understand you as I have seen my uncle very sad when his pet cat tsunami passed away. He had called her tsunami because he got her on the day tsunami happened. We used to tease him. But he loved tsunami a lot and tsunami loved him too

Shruthi i had to post... The episode was mind blowing...
I was bowled with the execution.. Crisp, clean and deep..
That's it... Smthn that I had fallen in SKR for...

Cmn to Ashish... I definitely don't know this person 😆 but his work speaks a lot for him.. We can appreciate the maker's views through screenplay, script and dialogues even if an actor isn't able to portray correct. What makes an actor stand out is his depth..

First minute you fall for an actor's confidence, delivery and screen presence. Fifth minute you get to know the depth of an actor. Actor not character... Character's depth is given by the makers and writers. But to pull off a character's depth you need an actor with depth... This solely relates to an actor's understanding...

One actor who I feel has this depth is fawad khan.. Absolutely!! That might be zaroon, asher or Jamal... This actor has always shown depth...

Next in the list is Ashish... Onscreen ram is itself a proof of his depth as an actor... Every single emotion captured with detail.. I don't remember last when I enjoyed ram this much.. I always was inclined to sita's character. But Ashish is making a point me to like ram in a different way...

One may fall for an actor's looks, projection, dialogue delivery or screen presence but depth is smthn that rare of them have...

And what gives depth? Some form of art... Like music, poetry or writing...

Music because you need to tune it.. You need to decide a tempo.. Fit everything in that tempo. The place is shrinked and one needs to bring out the essence in that space.. The essence takes form of depth..

Poetry because one needs to bring out the essence in limited words... You need to keep the rhythm.. Again the space is shrinked.. The essence becomes the depth...

Same applies to painting and sculpting.. U either have to paint a scene with a wide range of colours snd the space is less you bring the essence and that becomes the depth... Sculpting u have to mould the clay in a person... Again the clay available is less or space is shrinked you bring the essence.. Like calm eyes or a frown on forehead... Again it is depth...

I brought this as fawad has music and Ashish has poetry... And c the life they add to the characters... Its a rare quality that actors have nowadays...

Actor with depth I also count in madirakshi.. Though its her first show.. But if say sita I only have her image in my mind...

And the depth of an actor u can only get thru their eyes.. And Ashish madirakshi use those wisely...

What an episode.. I am still reeling under its onslaught..we all know that dasaratha will die without ram on his side..but to bring out this onscreen with this intensity..hats off to the Ashish and Madirakshi ,hats off to the makers of the show..you are right about the usage of their eyes to convey emotion..I have always admired Ashish as an actor and watched all his shows ..even the worst show he did I think it was rab de Sona ishq, he stood out..
Anyway, I had just one issue..Dsaratha recounted all his failings but did not talk about shantha..small slip up by the makers albeit an important one. I liked the way they didn't really stretch dasartha's viyog drama to the point of melodrama.the message about death, the episode conveyed was beautiful..all of us know death to be the ultimate teacher but keep forgetting about it during our life time. We are enveloped by the maya of immortality and lose our plot.
