The best thing about this part was the super fast boon delivery service by Kartikeya but it does not happen like this in real life.In reality even if we do get a boon it's after a lot of trial's and tribulation's.🤔

Part 25: Launch of Ravaniyam

Lopa noticed Sage Agastya being restless.

Lopa: Swami, why you seems to be uneasy?

Agastya: Lord Karthikeya asked me to enter a new field. I am a sage and how can I teach about kalaripayat which is new for me?

Lopa: Swami, have you forgot? You are the brother of Guru Vashisht. Can't you do it?

Agastya (with a smile): There is no need that the brothers should have the same nature.

Agastya observed that the day dawn is breaking. With a new determination, he started chanting the Adityahridhayam to get inner strength.

In Lanka, the day begins in a celebration note. Music is heard everywhere. All Shiva temples are remained closed as Ravan ordered that Mahadev's presence will be only in his palace and no where else.

Ravan: Meghanada, as everyone assembled?

Meghanada: Yes, pitashree. We are waiting for you and matha in the Swarna Mahal. Priests are ready to perform yajna.

Ravan entered the mahal with Mandodari and Meghanada. All his 6 brothers and 2 sisters are present with their families except Surpanakha's family who lost it due to Ravan. All devas are present with their hands folded. In the gathering, Ravan walked majestically hearing the chorus "Long live Lanka naresh Ravan"

The Yajna started and even after few hours Lord Mahadev didn't turn up.

Ravan became very angry and Malyavan approached him.

Malyavan: Ravan, don't show your anger. All devas are present here, they shouldn't know that you can't make Shiva accept your plea. Make a plan, whereby Lord Shiva appears here in happiness.

Ravan mind voice "hmmm... Let the function be completed, then I will look into Mahadev's attitude"

In Kailash, Karthikeya seems to be so interested in observing Ravan.

Shiva: Karthikeya, what are you looking at?

Karthikeya: Special pooja performed for you by Ravan in his mind.

Parvati: oh Karthi, don't learn anything wrong.

Shiva: Ravan has some good qualities too.

Parvati: Make it public so that others too can come to know about it.

Shiva: Its his work, I won't interfere.

Parvati: Really? okay, why are you still here?

Shiva: Let him call me from his heart.

Parvati: Good, then you will be here only, breaking your promise.

Shiva: Don't underestimate my great bhakth.

Parvati: I am not estimating about your bhakth but just about you, mahadev

In Lanka,

Narada: What happened Ravan? Has Mahadev turned down Lanka naresh request?

Ravan stopped pouring ghee in the yajna and started chanting "Om Namasivaya". As time passes, Ravan's prayer became so intense and his soulful prayers reached Mahadev.

In Kailash

Karthikaya: Pitashree, your bhakth started praying sincerely!!!!!

Parvati: Karthi, turn this side, your pitashree is not here.

In Lanka, Mahadev appeared in swarna mahal and everyone greeted him.

Mahadev: Ravan, open your eyes.

Ravan: Mahadev, Pranam. Why didn't you come before?

Mahadev: Why didn't you call me from your heart before?

Ravan mind voice "Let me be quit otherwise my title of Mahadev greatest bhakth will become a question mark"

Malyavan: Mahadev, all are waiting for you. Its your presence which makes this day memorable. With your permission, shall we start the function?

Mandodari gave the agal lamp to Ravan to lit the 5 faced silver lamp to inaugurate the function. Ravan gave it to mahadev who lit the lamp and it passed on to others including Ravan, Malyavan, Kumbhakarna and Vibhishana. The function started with usual welcome note followed by praise for the chief guest "Mahadev", the author of the book and the VIP's present there.

Ravan: Mahadev, I want you to release the first copy of the book Ravaniyam

Mahadev (with a smile): Sure Ravan, Who is going to get the first copy?

Ravan mind voice "Where is that sage Agastya? Cheater😡, I invited him and he didn't attend"

Mahadev: What are you thinking, Ravan? Have you not thought about this small thing? Is there no one eligible to receive your book?

Mandodari: Pranam Mahadev, who can we think as good enough to receive the book from your hand. Please mahadev, you choose the person to whom it should be given.

Mahadev (with a smile): Is it okay, Ravan?

Ravan mind voice " oh no, who asked Mandodari to involve in this? Now, mahadev may give it to Narada or Indra"

Ravan: Mahadev, you give the first copy of my book to the person who will be the saviour of asura clan.

Mahadev: As per your wish, Ravan. Vibhishana...

Vibhishana is shocked and so do the others.

Kaikesi whisphered to Ravan: Is he going to be our clan saviour?😲

Ravan replied to Kaikesi: Matha, Mahadev is great. He knows that only Vibhishana used to oppose my views. Now, mahadev itself is giving my book to Vibhishana to follow it.

Ravan: As you say, Mahadev.

Mahadev: Come Vibhishana, get this copy of the book

Vibhishana moved towards Mahadev in shock and received the same with huge applause from the crowd.

People gathered there shouted " Jai Jai Mahadev, Hara hara Mahadeva, Om Namasivaya"

Ravan turned around and they added "Jai Jai Mahadev bhakth Lanka naresh Ravan"

Mahadev: Vibhishana, read the first few niyams (rules) from the book

Vibhishana started reading.
