Exactly my thought! Why would Ram not know how to plough the field? It would be a part of the very basic education provided by Vasishta.

My guess is that, CVs wanted to show Ram struggling with the ploughing to show off Ram's body. 😉 If Ram struggles, he would be panting and sweating, and that would increase viewership to increase as there are many young girls who watch shows, particularly new mythos, just for the actors' bodies. After all, CVs are giving a huge importance to the bodies of their actors, as evidenced by how much they're forcing them to keep themselves "muscled and fit". Nowadays, the bodies of actors are more important than characterization. Who cares if the real Lord Ram would have known how to plough or not, if it gives viewers a chance to see Ram shirtless and panting onscreen. 😉😆

I'm shocked while reading WU.' I'm not a fool to believe him as Prince'.Though I have no interest on this show, I found so hilarious.😆

😆 Yeah.. You are right!
. The scene however was a good contrast to how Raavan is.. So it did make a nice little impact.. It would have been nicer if they could have shown the hul move like a few metres atleast.. Shri Ram was trying and trying and the hul would not move a centimetre😉😆

That was wrong writing.. The intent however was for the Maai to say, "I am not that naive to think a prince would be this humble to plough the fields. Don't try to trick/fool me".

They made her say it like she meant she could not believe Shri Ram is a prince.

Yes! Makes us wonder how the poor guy will lift the Shiv dhanush if the hul wouldn't move after so much pushing and shoving. 😆

hello, shiv dhanush can only be lifted by lord vishnu, lord shiva and maa lakshmi, maa shakti and their avatars. so what if ram can't plough the field with a hal, that's supposed to be lakshman's weapon in his next birth. 😆

The fact is that Ram had not worn any jewelry and it was expected that any prince will wear some jewelry and pride. Since both were missing on his body & face and he was eager to help Mai and also to learn about cultivation, she was not ready to believe him as a prince. But the moment she saw Lakshman with the jewelry, she concluded him as a prince and as he called Ram as bhaiyya, she accepted Rama s a Prince.
But one thing amazed me was that when the whole Mithila was filled with greenery, why only this lady's land was barren and dry an hard that even the plough could not enter in? how did this selective barren land was present in Mithila?

Just watched the episode. Ram not knowing how to plough... it cracked me up, but the scene was cute. Saw someone shouting at Ram for the first time.
Now, *putting on my symbolism ID glasses* 🤓
Him unable to plough was symbolic of Bhumi devi telling him - "Boy! Go and win my daughter's hand first. After that, u can plough me as much as u want! " 😆 The bulls weren't moving either.😆

+++++++++++

Raavan's tete-a-tete with Mahadev was more like a boss threatening and bribing his employee. World knows u becoz of me...blah blah..!!
