she got everything she wished for perfect family..then kya kami raha gayi??[ her version of perfect family is mouli -ishaan-herself -and pari ].so she got everything she wished far... i see no pain in her life..

kunal aur mouli ke beech kya huwa tha uska usse koi vaasta nahin...then which pain she gone through??
you are kidding right..yes, mishti was too young to understand what mouli was going through but when she was growing up she would have understood it all.. You really think knowing she was an unwanted child to her biological father, her father left her pregnant mother for another woman etc would not leave an impact in a daughters heart.

her pain actually just imaginary not real...

paris pain is real where as mistis pain is imaginary...

Both pari and mishti is in their early 20s.we don't even know when mauli, kunal, ishaan etc died . Loosing parents at such an early age is an unfortunate event for any child.. You still think her life is perfect.. Mishti being the eldest all the responsibility fell on her shoulders.. She might have had to grow up early for her siblings.
Both Mishti and Pari has suffered..Both the girls were exposed to harsh realities of life like extra marital affairs at an impressionable age and it defenitely might have left a scar in their soul. you don't have to downgrade Mishtis suffering to upgrade Paris.
And Mishti didn't get anything on a platter.. She had to work for her perfect family.. She knew what she wanted and worked for it from the beginning itself rather than sitting in a corner and playing victim game.. She wanted Ishaan as her father, so she worked for it, she wanted a perfect family and she worked for it putting aside her feelings and taking others well being into consideration.. She is not differentiating between Ansh and Pari.. She is not holding any grudge against pari.. We all know its not Paris fault.. But how many people will be able to accept the child of the other woman in their fathers life as their on sister..i won't be able to do that.. Because the sight of that person will make me remember the betrayal my mother suffered.

Hi guys, I am not a regular watcher of season 1. But I started watching season 2 regularly.

From what I saw and read in episode updates, Misti heard the discussion of Mauli and radhika about kunal leaving Mauli n not wanting the baby to exist. Then she did rebel, asking Mauli not to allow pari n kunal in their life. When pari try to enter, she reacted strongly.

Kunal came as Santa n made them friends again. She accepted Kunal only as friend or someone who helped her Popsie to win her mom. Even Kunal also wanted to be only buddy for Misti.

So even though she got a family with her Popsie, she will surely have the fear of rejection and fear of unknown. What if something goes wrong n my life became like my mother's before her second marriage

Today episode she told the same to Veer. Hopefully they 'll explore misthi emotions now.

If Rehaan is there to get her out of her fear n insecurities, then surely they need to explain her emotions. Hopefully it happens soon

Hey!!

Actually Mishti was upset over losing her Popsie which changed her psychological behavior towards people around her, when she told Mauli that she knows that Kunal is her father, It was a scene where she asked Mauli to kiss Ishaan, Mauli was hesitant and Mishti said that she is not kissing Ishaan because she loves Dr. Kunal. Then Mauli broke her engagement with ishaan and Mishti went bonkers locking Pari in the washroom and pushing her in the pool (Accidentally.
After the pool incident Mauli was scolding Mishti for locking Par. Mishti said something about wanting her father Ishaan and Mauli told her that Ishaan is not her father, Mishti said that she hates Mauli and that she is a bad mother, Kunal heard this on the phone and made that Santa plan. Kunan understood the psychological problems of Mishti and as a Santa asked her what she wanted, Mishti said that she wants her Popsie.

After getting her Popsie back, Mishti's behavior changed and she wasn't a troubled child, she didn't hate Kunal and in the last few episodes she referred to Kunal as Papa and was willing to live with him without Ishaan.

Buddy = Father
Shakti's contract stated that kids in the show will not call him papa or dad so Pari called him buddy hence he asked Mauli for her permission to be Mishti's buddy.

So thanks for bringing it to my attention that Mishti in fact had love of her biological father growing up as well as love of her Popsie.

Exactly!
Pari got to know about her parent's kand in the most gruesome way in S1 only so we have an idea of her issues. With Mishti, we have to imagine everything, how she got to know the truth and all.

Generally parents who are co. Parenting do not reveal things like EMA to kids, to shield them from the pain, maybe Sandhya told Mishti's as well to scar her like this. Again we have to imagine it

Pari's issues are very much in the present, her mother is still an outcast in her family, you can fight the world for your mom but you can't fight your family. She does not cry everyday, she was just upset over it.

She cried when Ansh insinuated that she will be like her mother and Mishti's fiance will marry her, she must have gone through this all her life, everyone expects her to be like her parents
Pari's issues are well written and presented according to the storyline

EMA is inconsequential? It is part of her past, Kunal left her mother and her for Nandini. That is a fact. By your implication, you are indirectly stating that Kunal was never part of Mishti's life. He was her biological father still. I disagree with the part that Pari's mother is an outcast. Pari is still allowed to hold onto her memories of her mother. If Mishti really wanted Nandini not to be part of their lives, she could have told Pari to get rid of that locket. She didn't. Pari is still allowed to honour her mother in whatever way she feels like. While the rest of them are still uncomfortable at making Nandini an explicit part of their lives, by hanging up her photo. Pari is showered with love in that house. Moreover, Pari too grew up seeing that her mother was deeply loved by Kunal, so why is she commitment phobic then?

Ansh never implied that she'll be like Nandini. Ansh is a teenage boy and not fully mature. If he held such a grudge against Pari, he wouldn't be comfortably interacting with her. He made a bad joke and Pari related it to a comparison between her mother and her, which is understandable. No one expects her to be like her mother. Did anyone state that or behave that way with her? By your logic, since people expect her to be like Nandini, that Mishti should have been upset that Veer was being compared to Kunal and should have kept Veer away from Pari.

So did Mishti. She only found out the truth when Kunal-Mauli were fighting over it. Moreover, that was many people's point. Mishti's struggles have not been revealed as she has not gotten any monologues and solo scenes. Pari did, so everyone understands her struggles. It does not mean Mishti does not have any. It means that it will only be revealed later.

Pari's mom also had a bad past with Rajdeep, she was raped and beaten by him so tomorrow there is a scene where Ruhaan hits Pari's back to save her from choking, Pari won't act like she is afraid of her future husband raping or beating her, because that past of her mother's life is dead, Nandini got Kunal
The thing here is that Kunal didn't beat Nandini and Ishaan didn't cheat on Mauli
Both women got a happy married life.

I think Mishti's issues do make sense but it should be about losing her perfect family, she did lose Ishaan and Mauli so she is trying to keep everyone else near her.

It's mishti's pain . Her mother ,Her life & her choice😆 . If mishti doesn't want to forget her mother's pain than she should not .

We all can decide we want to feel bad on our mother's pain or not but we can't decide for someone else and their mother .

everyone has right on freedom of expression . Mishti has all right to express her emotions on her mother. Go girl go . Fight against that pain and make better version of yourself .

Lol who are we to judge daughter should feel bad on her mother's pain or not😆😆
Imaginary or real , jiska pain hai wo he jane , Jis par beete wohi jane 😃

No
Mishti didn't find out about Kunan that day, all she got to know was that Kunal is her father and he left them. Mishti didn't know about EMA in S1.

I think we are misinterpreting the post, Mishti's pain is Imaginary doesn't mean the character is imagining the pain, it means we have to or we are imagining it.

If you watch the show, you will see that Mishti is not in pain, so far I haven't seen it but people do point it out even though there isn't a single scene showing Mishti in pain.

Mishti is getting married, it's really very normal for her to have cold feet, I don't think anyone forced her to marry Veer and today it seemed that she genuinely likes him. She is just afraid that her happiness will slip away from her which is very common, it doesn't have to come from a bad past or bad childhood. Mishti's situation is very real, every bride goes through what she is going through in my opinion, so I don't see the pain.

Also I don't understand why people here want Mishti to be in pain, or struggle. Everyone struggles in life, it's nothing so huge or out of the blue, this is very common.
