I don't think she said anything about her marrying Ishaan. Her galat nahi thi dialogue was in the context of the EMA fallout between Nandini and Mauli. Why would she have a problem with Mauli marrying her true love Ishaan?

And I don't know if Mauli actually got to raise her. Ishaan's dialogues clearly indicated that till they were alive, Mishti and Ansh were with MauHaan as a family and Pari was with Kunal. They didn't live together.
