In pre-leap Nandini ke scenes were almost double of Mauli. Again she was not given importance. Drashti was anyway way more popular than Aditi.Its just that the EMA was so badly executed that KuNan was bashed and sympathies went with Mauli. People were not interested in KuNan anymore and it was about Mauli. That's when the first promo with Mauli POV was aired with the timeslot change.
That's when she actually became the lead and also Aditi s performance took everyone by surprise.

If Drashti had not quit , it would still be Kunal /Nandini and Mauli at the other end.
It did not matter even if Nandini was an insecure wife, she would still get as much screenspace as Kunal.So this was never a MauNal show.Insecure wife does not mean Kunal would fall in love with Mauli again. Many second wifes in Real Life are insecure.

Gajra had to change the storyline twice.
1. Due to sympathies with Mauli , she became the lead.
2. Drashti quit the show.

Don't they always predict wrong things?

Their spoilers are the worst.

The mock shoot, I would believe more than TC.

Even then, I would have to say to the writers their story doesn't make sense.

So Nandini would pay the price of her sin/mistake by becoming insecure and Kunal would leave her and Pari, but Kunal would be forgiven and reunited with Mauli?

I would hope Nandini would be forgiven too then, if Kunal is being forgiven. Maybe also get a lead for her, if Kunal got Mauli back.

I am talking of sympathies with the character Mauli.
If Aditi were playing Nandini she would get no sympathy no matter how powerful that performance was. Its the character that matters.

Cause in SriDevi story, he doesn't go back to his ex. Meaning in this case, he wouldn't go back to Mauli. You know that right?

Mauli represents Mona Kapoor (1st wife who got cheated on) and DD represents Sri Devi (2nd wife).

And Boney stayed strong and madly in love with this 2nd wife, no proof needed there.

So you're saying that the original story was that Kunal would stay with his second wife meaning Nandini?

Gajra based this show on Mona-Sri-Boney s story initially. So its not as dumb as you think. There is a book published on it too .Just because people are not agreeing to what you say doesn't make them dumb.
