But they did share screen space. They currently are sharing screen space. So Pearl's interview still holds true. I don't think any viewers shifted them from that objective.

Regarding the storyline for Ishaan, him being Mauli's supporter and her fiance, that is his character. Sandhya was also inserted for this reason, for his character development.

So I have to respectfully disagree with you there. I think right now, all three characters are getting adequate screen space, and it only happened within the last 2 weeks that Ishaan's character was developed, but again, I think that is Gajra holding true to her story line.

It's not about ships . Everything is not about ships. Silsila was long destroyed before these two ships ever came into picture. The story was completely destroyed in the pre leap. And if writers wanted to be true to their story tellling they shouldn't have had two ships in the first place. As they were clear in pre leap that Nandini was Kunal's true love. Hence now Mauli will always be a second choice. It should have been Mauli's individual journey . Not about who Mauli will end up with.

Post-Leap and after DD's exit, then only they decided to keep reuniting Mauli and Kunal under some circumstance, like Pearl's interview and Rajh just said.

But the whole basis of the show was to somehow explore and develop KuNan's relationship for 6 months. Shakti then added that then they sped up the EMA into a 2 week thing, because people began thinking Mauli was the only correct one, and everyone else was grey.

I think the OG story was to show KuNan and then also eventually have a lead for Mauli.

DD existed, lead for Mauli was introduced, but now with a single Kunal, this is when the two ships began.

This is my exact point, kisi ne kabhi kisi bhi interview mein endgame ka nae bola hai, bulkay even Shakti made it seem in Sabras that the story was a KuNan story when he signed the project.

Had DD not left, the story was a KuNan story. Shakti said this in Sabras. So what endgame are you talking about, I am curious.
