What Ishaan is doing right now is the first step in a destructive relationship.
In any relationship be it of friends or siblings or spouses, when a person gives too much which he wasn't asked to, sooner or later when he doesn't receive the same treatment, he starts to pity himself thinking what I had done to deserve this? And mark my word, that is the beginning of the end. Because consciously/subconsciously once that idea is formed, no matter how much your partner does for you, you'll never find it equal to your efforts & one day you might end up alleging your partner that you deserve better & break her heart.
This is something I have actually faced in my life. The good thing was I had support from my family & friends & stopped myself from self-pitying. Ishaan doesn't have that luxary. Moreover with Sandhya & Sweety in the picture he will be more prone to taking bad decision.
Undoubtedly, one of Maulis greatest flaws is she doesn't know how to fix her priority. But she was also given liberty by Kunal that she can chase her dreams or help her bestie. And instead of clearing things up, Kunal just ran to Nandini when he became hormonal. And now maker is justifying it saying Mauli never had the time.
The same thing is done by Ishaan now. Yes, he is a decent guy & he wouldn't fall in love seeing another woman's rain dance unless the maker wants to make him a creep. But in his greatness he is giving Mauli one lease after another & someday he might end up saying Maui is using him. Here Mauli has no fault of her own as she is accustomed to it. But once these allegations surface, she will definitely face everyone's wrath because then everyone will say what a great person Ishaan is & how ungrateful she is.
Plus, Ishaan is literally throwing Mauli in a situation where she has to live with her ex-husband. Even if he is her fianc, he had no right to take that decision for her. It's seeming like he is creating this situation so that Mauli can ditch him.
Right now, MauHaan need to sit & have a proper conversation so that they both can know what the other person is wanting & act according to it. Giving so much space with no communication won't be good for either of them.
