Just finished watching the episode. Kunal went from paediatrician to child psychologist. How about if Mishti finds out that she has to leave her Radhika and Dida? Won't she be scarred then? There are ways to help Mishti, and the answer is not in marrying Ishaan. There are many kids whose parents go through divorce, yet they are perfectly fine, despite wanting their parents to remarry. They have to explain the situation calmly to Mishti and make her understand that Ishaan can always be her popsie, but that doesn't mean that Mauli has to marry him.

I'm sure now even if he feels like he will die without mauli hed settle for that because what did following his whims and fancies get him? He is bankrupt in a way and he destroyed mauli in the process and now has 1 very vulnerable child and maybe 2 after today
