Mauli had gone to clarify to Kunal about the previous night's ramblings. I guess seeing him with another girl made her feel like a fool and she started fuming. I don't know if it is jealousy or retaliation to hurt him the way he hurts her. It is disappointment that she can't still stop loving him that makes her lash out at him. There was that brief phase of the dream where her heart desired to hear he missed her too. Now it is more of a ' I need to get over this guy' phase. Peering at the two hiding behind the paper- she could also have been hiding her embarrassment. And she didn't want to be seen, lest she was forced to eat with them. Ishaan did just that too...

oh yes!! i do agree that she was embarrassed too.. but i think jealously overshadowed it.
see it from this angle .. she already knows what she did last night so she was embarrassed initially but she instantly decided to clear it to him. so i guess she sidelined that embarrassment to get things cleared..
but what about her trying to make ishaan eat the food ??
and of course she is embarrassed that last night only she told him all that and today before she could clear it to him , she witnessed another lady in his arms..
as a viewer we all are expecting her to loather that man for his actions.. and she should feel that she is stupid that she had thoughts about such person.. i know kunal is pretending and that loathe will not last longer but at least she shouldnt react the way she reacted..
Kunal's expressions during the conversation, as he realised what was going through Mauli's mind- cringing at himself was really satisfying to watch. Shakti deserves an applause for it. He handled Kunal really well, especially considering the fact just two episodes back Kunal was wondering why Mauli wanted to keep a distance from him.
kunal!!! what he said in the camp was crap!! his reasons for stopping himself for going for the best option mauli .. but lets just keep that aside. during lunch he was good..
he knew that mauli is embarrassed and her efforts to feed ishaan werr fake.. he knew it all.. and mauli doesnt know he was pretending so yes shaki had to undergo so many things.
and yes shakti is really good when he can relate to the scene. he showed so many emotions. kudos to him

Nandini and Kunal regretted their decision, Kunal already knew he loved Mauli more. Or even if he did not know, Nandini sensed it. That is why she wrote that apology. She knew Kunal belonged with Mauli long before she fell sick. She must have shared her feelings only with her friend, not wanting to hurt Kunal more.
By the time she died, Kunal would have thought he has lost his face completely with Mauli and can never go back to her. He continued to care for her as a best friend, even if he didn't realise he still loved her. When Mauli seemed friendly, forgiving Nandini, he would have been grateful. He still felt he was an outsider, since she seemed to have moved on and that made him feel lighter.
Actually, I feel Kunal still doesn't recognise his feelings clearly. He said he was right in his place- that means he continues to believe Nandini was his true love and he had to do justice to that part of him. If so, we are just seeing Kunal coming out of his comfort zone, to help Mauli move on. It is a very painful process for him already. He just heard her confession and immediately felt guilty she was in so much pain. His own feelings have not hit him that deep. He was happy parenting Pari and that had distracted him. The extent and effort he takes with Mauli is going to bring him closer to her and make him miss her more.
As of now, Maunal seems to be endgame. I hope the writers put in some good effort there. Expectations are huge, because only something huge can make it alright.
Mauli can't help loving Kunal. She has already forgiven Nandini even before reading her apology. Kunal has been extremely sweet and gentle with her in the camp- he behaved like a soulmate, even though she tried to push him away. She was wrong in telling that one lie about their child and the whole world , including Kunal forgives her for that. When she is in such proximity to Kunal, she can't help but wonder what if...
I hope the writers know how to take this.
