Starplus vs Colors : who values viewers opinion ?

Starplus logo is naye soch. Starplus has proven itself in years that it values viewers opinion . I myslef have dealt with them in the past & their customer service was a pleasure to deal with.

IPKKND was a globally popular show. WHen the main lead BArun Sobti decidedd to quit, the makers tried to replace him by making his chracter arnav getting killed. Now Arnav is the most beloved male lead ever created on TV!!

viewers were totally mad & upset. I myself called various time from uk to starplus india, begging & demand, make barun leave but dont kill arnav. Change the storyline, whatever but arnav cannot be killed😭

they listened & they even replied to me for all my calls in my mailbox too ,apologising that i m not satisfied as a viewer & that my concerns will be forwarded.

the makers didnt agree to keep arnav alive so the show hich was at the PEak, starplus orderd to shut it down in within two weeks 😭

the show was shut just because makers wanted to kill arnav 😭

Starplus again proved themselves listening to viewers demands when barun sobti appeared in ipkknd3. The show was a complete circus from cotumes to characters. Again a huge uproar & the channel listened to viewers, show shurt down within 3 months !!

Here take a look at colors channel & proof of their petty customer service !!
there is no customer service contact no provided & they never reply to any emails or listen to viewers.
bepannaah, i dont know how many times i emailed that they are glorifying ema by making aditya as the person responsible & zoya calling poosh as paak !!
no reply ever been sent by colors & no action taken what viewers want !!

silsila, there is a huge uproar, left right, front back to the channel , makers, actors & all of the team responsible for showing this pathetic story of nandini paak soul BUT this channel is just after money, worship celebrity stars, worship money & has no value whatsoever for viewers!!

I watched silsila , hoping , maybe mauli wiil be given justice but its obvious, she cant as mauli is not played by drashti.

lesson learnt, stay away from Colors & stick only to big hearted channel Starplus who cares for us viewers 👏

In madhubala they brought vivian back as raja...raja rapes madhu and in the end they unite.After raping raja says sorry but does everything to get away from legal claws.I think that was the only show where hero rapes his heroine.Such a pathetic channel.

Colors ki maya kuck alag hi hai.. this star power is annoying..

According to me mauli's character has been given dignity and justice till now,I want to see her take steps to distance herself from kunal and nandini (she needs time away from deeda and mumma too) and if this does not happen I will criticize or fast forward scenes that I find uninteresting or stop watching the show if I start finding it entirely uninteresting but I won't be all "oh this channel never listens to viewers"..aise toh star plus didn't listen to the viewers either when they asked for sanaya irani in the ipkknd's third season.But do not the channel and makers have right to decide and cast the actress of their choice?Similarly here doesn't the writer have the right to tell her story even if it be filled with umpteen flaws?As a viewer I criticize or even mock or trash but I don't feel entitled enough to say that they should listen to me.
