Lagta hai nandini ko mahabharat ke kunti ki tarah vardaan mila hai .jo usne mauli ke liye use kiya ..

Bichara bahut guilty feel kar rahi hai kunal ko chin ke toh socha replacement mein kuch dedu

Artificial insemination to use ni kiya? Like in Gone girl.

Only this seem to be a possibility as per the episodes, but that would make her as wrong as the other two on so many levels.

I was also thinking that are they making her negative, like it's not Kunal's or as you say artificial but she will tell him that now you cannot leave me as no one will believe you when you tell it's not your doing. Yesterday, in the birthday she said today I am reborn.

But then I doubt they will take that risk with Mauli as she is the only intact character in this show.
