Great.

So, the supposed top-most gynecology of the city can be fooled like that. Mauli must have dealt with all sort of gynec cases but she will fall stupid about her own pregnancy when it comes to Dida.

Has writer lost it completely.

I really hope, Mauli herself diffuses this stupid scheme of Dida.

Because they have not been intimate atleast since they came back from the landslide . In silsila timeline, we are way past Navratri and Nandini had moved houses almost 2 months back. So it's almost 3 months down and the small fact that Mauli is a top gynecologist so she definitely cannot miss signs for two-three months.
