This is based on some discussions I read here on the forum. From what I understand, it seems Rajdeep can file an adultery case on Kunal. And Kunal can get punished based on this. I don't know what the law states, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
But if this is true, then is it right for Kunal to face legal punishment? Like he is wrong to have cheated on his wife but he hasn't wronged Rajdeep in any way. As for that matter, even Nandini hasn't wronged Rajdeep. I think this affair happened after Nandini applied for divorce. So technically, Rajdeep has no grounds for claiming adultery. And even if he does, will it still be adultery if Nandini moved on with a single man, like say Manas,the friend she met in an epi? What if it was Manas in place of Kunal?
As much as I would like to see Kunal face the negative consequences of cheating Mauli, I cannot see how legal punishment will make sense. Of course, all this is hypothetical at this stage and the show may not go this route, but would like to hear others' opinion on this.
