Ohh its a real life story!!! Gosh.....wo kitna gira hua hoga jisne aise hi khoon kar daala??? And I liked the last lines which said....Samaj abhi tak nahi jaaga....mujhe bhi samajh me nahi ata hai....log hamesha kaise ladki ka dosh nikalte hai!!! And I am glad ki tumne uss reality ko apne writing k zariye show kiya....and u definitely pointed out to a lot of things.....like the society's interpretation to such incident....And of course....I need not say....U did it most wonderfully!!!

So ncie to see ur comment .. dear hope u r doign good... I am happy u read this one and felt the emotion i have when i wrote this.. its a true story and my friend died liek this..and it pinches me hard that many of my neighbours and people around had lightly said that girl in such age doesnt undersstnd the every duty she shoudl fulfill and i was shoked.. i wrote this poem with many emtoion.. most of what she looked liek i have mentioned the same way... i really feel she had every right to lieva nd he had no right to kil her for any idiotic reason.. yes u r right society can find fault and want o understnad the man and how can woman try and justify such behaviour of men.. it surprises me.. tc

Yes dear its real life story and in the end she was stabbed 4- 5 times by her husband in the are shop where she was working. I feel he was never fit for her.. and actually thoguh she was what all i have tried to project smae way .. more can be added by sayign the man was very elder to her and it pains me how her parents didnt wait long enoguh to get her married she was just getting 18 years of age.. Society n people i have heard many people justifygin him sayign how beautiful she was why was she givign attitude , pati hai itna to har shaddi mey hota hai..and made me feel its normal and the girl invited trouble for her.. and it irked me .. howmuch she woudl have sufferend i coudl feel..she never ever spoke loudly and here she was brutually killed..

ah..a real story that seems to be evry bad..

why do people take women for granted i dont understand ,,i hate such people ...why they dont realise the imporatnce of women in their life eventhough the girl tried to give her best all she got was death by her husband..disgusting really..

thanks for writing this one..its really touchy n i am really sad that people dont suppport women at this times..n blame them instead,,hmm

i think this poem will make me cry.......

i am just guessing it........

coz this topic seems like that only.........

now bakbak baad mein.......

pehle ise padhkar comment karoon.........

ohk......

so this daughter is so sweet that she did everything!

she was so sweet that she never fought......

but she came back to her house from her sasural.........

disgusting husband who just wanted her body!

i hate such men!

poor parents!

they did something good for her.......

but the relationship came out to be as a nightmare.........

then she started standing on her own legs.......

but her husband did that to her.......

and i hate such people!

they think that he was right by killing her?????????

how could they?????????

i mean have they any humanity left??????????

i hate this society..........

why do they think that these needs are to be fulfilled by a wife??????

hasn't she got her own will??????

disgusting!

why do people think that this is duty of a wife to give her husband what he wants from her??????

he just wanted her......

he didn't loved her!

and i just wanted to ask u that why did her parents married her when she was just 17 to 18 yrs of age?

that's what u wrote!

is this age fit to be burdened with responsibilities???????

i mean she shud have been allowed to study........

but they married her!

and she was killed!

that too by her own husband!

Hi Bhoomi,
If this is a true story its very tragic.After all she went through the society still blames her and not her husband. that is the state of our male dominated society which is made so by the females of the society only. The mother-in-laws and sisters-in-laws are worse than the husbands in most cases.Till women side women nothing can be changed.

Hi Sri,

Yup a real story and I felt always to do somethign on this.. but i coulndt.. the only source i could was to pour my emotions ina poem. I remember a young educated girl elder to me when read abotu this kiling, it came in a newspaper , i told her she is my friend who died... she went on to tell me what mentality men have and woman need to be a bit mature... and i was listenign to her wondering, if the girl was immature she wsnt to blame? she was just abt 18 when she got married.. soo what u expect her to behave .. I feel woman themselves havnt understnad the self esteem they have.. and they need to fight for it.. domestic violence, rape in marriage.. there is a thin line where man shoudlnt not and cant cross.. woman shoudl make them know,... she has her choice for sure ..her want and pain has ot be loooked as well.. but when woman dont such men grow in such families where they dont value the opinion of their wife ..

I guess still there is a lot of things which we felt are far left behind... we have to progress in the way society looks at woman in the household..

Hi mahak,

this poem is real story and ya she ws my friend , i wasnt in touch with her but when i read the paper i realised she was killed.... She was married and i got o know allthat.. but this shook me up.. i was still studygin at that time and felt extrmely painful after this news and when many were discussign her immaturity and the man who was lookign to me as if he was quite aged to her.. i wodnered killign her was maturity on part of the man..how can they even talk where the girl went wrong..she was of youn age so what all she did was in her stride..parents just jumped as wealthy boy came at doorstep to ask for rishta.. they r to bebalmed.. they were from sikh family and so he removed the knife and stabbed her at a shop...

I have glimpses of her she was soooo sweet and smiled blushed more..very delicate girl. sadly her life span ws very short.. the man was behind bars.. but i really wondered abt people aroudn commenting and sharing here with u all.. i really feel i was thinking on a right line..

yes it s real story, a real incident.. andyes very tragic.. Her parents were devasted and the area went silent.in day tiem he came and stabbe dher.. after he killing her now i knew why she coudlnt live with him.. he surely was too violent agressivea nd she feared him a lot.. I coudl feel sense her trauma but sadly many woman dont.. U r right female sin the society bring up thei children where they dotn teach them how ot repsect woman .. when such things happen the men grow up havign remore respect to wards a woman or her views..and thts the sad state..

the issue here is sensitve semwhere..marital rape or vilence .. leavign ur husband somewhere society feels thast wrong u need to fulfill all ur duties .. give hwat he wants and afetr that staygin there talk of ur right... but thats not correct i elt.. why forcibly a married woman take evrything. why force..its a relitonshi of love n trust..
