CHAPTER 1

AT KANPUR

The shastri family r shifting to delhi coz shastri ji has got a transfer order

BUA JI- arey shastri apni betiyon ko akele bhejega tu??

SHASTRI - aap kyun itna pareshaan ho rahi hain?? Alka aur Anushka hain na sab kuch sambhal lengi. Waise bhi ab in logon ko yeh sab kam seekh lena chahiye

Alka comes and serves chai and biscuit for bua ji and shastri

BUA JI- dekh iski umar!!! Shaadi karva de warna bahut mushkil hoga koi achcha sa ladka main doondhti hoon

SHASTRI- ek baar main alka se pooch leta hoon ki who shaadi k liye taiyyar hai ki nahi

Hearing all this an excited alka runs into the room. Shastri ji also follows her

SHASTRI-alka beta kya tum shaadi k liye taiyaar ho? Ya tumhe delhi jaakar kam karna hai? Jo tum chahogi wahi hoga beta

Alka kept quiet for a while...

ALKA- papa aap jo kahenge hum wahi karenge

SHASTRI- nahi beta aisa nahi bolte tum acchhe se sochna, apni behno se bhi baat karke dekho aur phir apna faisla sunao koi jaldi nahi hai

ALKA- thik hai papa humein thode din chahiye hum delhi jaane k baad aapko batayenge

Alka had never thought that this phase would come so early in her life. She was having mixed emotions

The next day Shastri ji left for delhi from the first train at home the sisters had almost done with their packing

ALKA- arey hamara suitcase toh aya hi nahi

ANUSHKA- yeh leejiye didi! Aapka suitcase bhi aa gaya

Anushka the second daughter, a very sanskari beti and selflessly sacrifices for her family A mother figure to her sisters

Alka and anushka almost share the same characters except that anushka is stronger than alka . Alka is more emotionally weak and doesn't wanna get an exposure of the outer world she is happy with her inner circle

OUTSIDE...

DEVYANI- arey hello truck wale bhai saab thik se rakho saare samaan agar ek chees bhi tooti na aapki aisi khabar loongi ki aap apne naani ko yaad karenge

TRUCKWALA- thik hai madam ji! ( and he drops a carton box by mistake)

DEVYANI- bola than a dhyaan se idiot ! hato main hi karti hoon

Devyani has a theeki tez karari zubaan very possessive of her things

ANUSHKA-arey devyani galti ho gayi unse chodo na

DEVYANI- nahi anushka hum inhein aise nahi chodenge

ANUSHKA-devyani shastri aur kaam kare?? Yeh kabhi ho sakta hai kya?? Tum bas hukum do devyani kam toh yeh log karenge na

DEVYANI- haan anushka tum sahi keh rahi ho hum kyu kam kare !! yeh lo pakdo aur thik se rakhna andar(she gave the box to the truck wala and went in)

Anushka clearly knew how to handle each and every1 in the house

PIYA-anu didi yeh dekhiye na hamari choti ban nahi rahi

ANUSHKA- baitho hum kar dete hain( she braides her hair beautifully)

PIYA- thank u anu didi!!

IN THE TRAIN

ALKA was continually lost in the thoughts of what had shastri ji told her anushka notices her and comes to her

ANUSHKA- alka didi kya soch rahi hain aap kuch hua kya???

ALKA-anushka papa ne humse hamari shaadi karneka rai poocha humein pata nahi hum kya kahe

Anushka was very happy fr her sis

ANUSHKA- didi aap kam karna chahte ho kya??

ALKA-uske bare mein humne nahi socha hai anu

ANUSHKA-toh didi agar aapke liye rishta aata hai toh ek baar us ladke se mil lena baaad mein pasand nahi aya toh mana kar dena!aur ab aap so jayiye!!

Anushka went to the upper berth set her bed and slept dev and piya as usually fought for the other upper berth and as usual piya had given up she slept adjacent to the lower berth of alkas

The whole night alka was thinking of what anu had told her and whatever she told her seemed to b very correct slowly she also fell asleep

NEXT MORNING

Anushka woke up first and checked whether all their baggages were there or not. She found them all in place. Soon she woke up alka didi guddu and devyani. Alka and guddu had woken up but all the three had a tough time waking devyani

ANUSHKA-devyani jaldi utho 20 minutes mein hum station pahunch jayenge

ALKA- devyani chalo jaldi se uth jao warna hum tumhara pasandeedar nashta nahi banayenge

Devyani did not budge!!

Suddenly piya started shouting

PIYA-alka didi anu didi dekho devyani didi ka makeup kit kho gaya hai dhoondo dhoondo!!

As soon as she heard the word MAKE UP KIT she sprang up and started shouting

DEVYANI- kaun hai who kamini jisne devyani shastri ka make up kit churane ki jurrat ki

PIYA-who aap hi ho!! Dekhiye aapke paas hi hai aapka MAKE UP KIT!!

Devyani couldn't control her anger anymore she started shouting at piya With a lots of difficulty anu made peace between them. Soon they reached the station and departed to the address given by shastri ji.

AT SAREEN HOUSE

SAREEN-oye shastri ji!! Kaisa laga aapka ghar?

Minty was burning like embers she thought...

MINTY- POV- yeh hamara ghar hai aur sareen sab aise hi inn logon ko rehne kaise de sakte hain

SHASTRI- sareen ghar toh bahut hi achcha hai tum bas humein kiraya kitna hai yeh batao

SAREEN- iske bare mein hum baad mein baat karte hain, yeh batao aapka samaan kab ayega???

SHASTRI- bas aata hi hoga sareen

The big truck entered the street and stopped in front of the sareen house. The packers and movers had brought all the carton boxes and neatly placed it on the first floor which was rented by the shastris

SAREEN- oye neel! Beta yeh lo shastriji ki madad kar kuch punya kama

MINTY- neil kyun kam karega yeh log hain na!! khamkhaan mere bete se kam karva rahe hain app

NEIL- chodo mom dad hamesha aise hi hain!!

MINTY- tu andar ja beta main sambhal loongi tumhare dad ko!!

SAREEN- agar mera fauji hota toh ab tak saara kam ho jata aur yeh vella kahika

MINTY-aap aise mat bolo mere bete ko

Minty and Sareen were having their regular verbal fight over neil. Just then an two autos landed at the sareen house. Four beautifull girls got down. They took the blessings of sareen and minty aunty

MINTY POV - aa gayi yeh ladkiyaan!! Bas mere bachchon se dur rahe!! Hey matarani mere bachchon ki raksha karna Charon ek se badkar ek hain

ALKA- minty aunty hum aapko khane mein madad kar denge aap chinta mat kijiye!!

MINTY- thank u beta mera tension kam kar diya tumne

Anushka and piya were helping papa in setting the house ryt devyani was busy with shaping her nails.

The day passed by very soon and almost all the main things were set!! Just 5 more carton boxes were left they decided to keep it for tomorrow

All of them met at the sareen house for dinner

SAREEN- waah!! Alka aisi kheer maine aaj tak nahi kahyi tumhare haathon mein toh jadoo hai beta!

Minty frowned coz sareen never complimented her cooking

After the dinner all of them departed to their repective rooms

the sisters had a group hug that finally they left back their city and now the next morning was a new beginning in their lives

The day had been too tough and tiring and so all of them slept the very moment they lied on their bed

GOOD NITGHT...SWEET DREAMS...😃
