Preeti's look is getting MONOTONOUS !

There's so many changes in SM since Monday except Preeti's look change. Aur kabtak ye wahi saariyaan pehenti rahegi yaar nayi saariyaan lao ! After all she is now a budding successful business woman, but her look is like of a school teacher with braided hairs and all. Atleast change her hairstyle or her sarees but CHANGE IT FOR GOD SAKE. Its getting monotonous to see Preeti infact Kusum too in same type of sarees.

Guys any suggestions on minor changes in Preeti's look.

I agree. They should change Preeti’s outfit and look. Same with kusum’s.

See i think right now the stage where Preeti is at, Punjabi suits, churidaar or indo western doesnt go with her character. No prob there are plenty load of stylish saree wear too. With that she can don different style of blouse and keep her hairs open, sometimes styled or tweak it a little too. IMO her look should be all age inspiring like a fashion icon.

I even mentioned a little about Kusum too in my post. This is true that though Kusum is a housewife it doesnt mean she will wear the same innerwear and maxis daily alongwith the same pendant, i mean Rajeshwari Sachdev is such a gorge lady and her our Kusum is such a sassy chick so she must dress up like a little sassy. 😎

They want Rati Pandey to look Preeti’s charcater’s age in the show, which is why they aren’t giving her a new look I feel. If they give her a modern type of look, Rati Pandey will look even younger than she already does 😆... remember that party wala saree, she looked so young in that. I think that’s why they are making Preeti wear old style saree and blouse, and old-style hairdo. 🤔
But I agree, they need to be a little creative and change her style a little bit, while keeping the character’s traits in mind.

In my opinion, they should have made both Preeti and KT of age 40-42, instead of 45.

For Preeti, they should have had a backstory that she got married at 17 -18, and had her first kid at 18 and then another at 19 (I know you will say underage but I know so many people from that generation who got married at 17, my aunt herself got married at that age), so it would make sense too. That way, Juhi would be 22-23, and Tarun 21-22. It would be a little believable that Preeti is a young mother of grown of kids. 😳

For KT, they could keep the same backstory with his kid being 17/18 as that makes sense.

This makes sense, but logic and Indian serials don't go hand in hand😆

I also feel they should experiment with her hair. And if they change something drastically then a few fans will again start comparing the old and new Preeti, and I'm so tired of reading that debate. I think that's why makers are not experimenting much

I feel ppl in this forum are more open-minded and welcoming😊
