The food truck owner greeted them with respect and requested them to sit wherever they wanted to and when Dhana and Tara looked at the empty chairs, the owner smiled and said, ' Christmas and all. So, few takers for our kind of food for today it's all about wine, cake, pies, stuffed turkey and steaks.'

The owner did what any good steward or Maître d as they are called in France would do by leaving them alone at the table and proceeded to wait in the truck. Seeing Dhana smile approvingly, Tara asked him what they were going to eat and looking at the truck, ' From the very way that gentleman who owns this food truck greeted us by bowing his head, it is obvious he is from the far East and that always means, the Chinese and that means, it's going to be either rice or noodles, sauces and a variety of soups to boot.'

' Tara, you are right in your observation that the man is from the far East but you are wrong in using the word " Oriental " for it is an outdated word and now considered Racist.'

' Racist? Why and how?'

' In the same way, that you a Romany hates being called a Gypsy, Africans hate being labelled a negro and African Americans hate being called Niggers and lastly, I being an Indian hate being labelled a brownie or curry eater.'

Tara realising her mistake hurriedly looked at the food truck owner in apprehension and seeing this, Dhana told her to relax. ' I doubt if the Japanese gentleman heard us and the same goes for the young man who is obviously his son.'

' Japanese? Are you sure about that?'

' Yes, I am and I am also sure that the man feels comfortable being labelled as a person from the Far East and that means everything from Mongolia down to Indonesia.'

Shaking her head, she looked at him sharply and said, ' Mon amour, I read somewhere that the Japanese are a proud race and carry themselves with great dignity. So why is this man hiding his roots for it is obvious that he is doing that.'

Then both fell silent for the Food truck owner approached them with respect and politely enquired if they were ready to order.

Tara watched in amazement as Dhana stood up and bending to his waist, greeted the elderly Japanese man by saying ' Konbanwa ( Good evening) ' and the older man immediately bowed in return and after staring at Dhana in wonder, complimented him in Japanese, O wakai sensei, dōshite anata no akusento to hatsuon ga son'nani kanpekinanode suka? Anata wa Nihon de sodachimashita ka? ( Young sir, how is it that your accent and pronunciation are so perfect? did you grow up in Japan? ).

Dhana replied in a respectful tone that his travels took him all over the world and he made it a point to learn the language of the country he was visiting. Then turning to Tara who had stood up introduced her to the Japanese man.

' Sensei, kochira wa watashi no shin'ainaru yūjin, taradesu ( Sir, this is my dear friend, Tara).

The man immediately bent to his waist and greeted Tara and then introduced himself as Hanzo and turned to the food truck where his son stood watching them , waved him and asked him to come and join them.

When the son, not much younger than them arrived, Hanzo san introduced him to Dhana and Tara, ' This is my only son, Yasu '.

Dhana and Tara greeted him warmly and then when Hanzo enquired as to what they would like to eat, Dhana replied, ' Hanzo San, shefu ni o makase shimasu. Chikai uchi ni sarani 2-ri no shitashī yūjin ga sanka surunode, 4-ri-bun no junbi o shite kudasai. (Hanzo San, I leave it you chef. Please prepare enough for four for two more of my very close friends will us shortly.)

The impact that Dhana's reply had on Hanzo and Yasu was obvious from the way they ran to the food truck and then seeing Yasu ride away on a small moped, Tara wondered aloud where the young man was running off to.

Tara looked at him in confusion, ' Mon amour, I thought we were going to grab a quick bit, like a bowl of noodles or a sandwich. What is the need for fresh fish and wine right now?'

' Not just any wine Tara but sake, a traditional Japanese rice wine ' and saying that, Dhana looked up at the sky, ' I think it is time for a celebration and it is the right time to for a long break and a step away from my daily life.'

Unable to control herself any longer, Tara did what most French do and that is a display of their love and desire for their partner. She jumped out of her chair and jumped right onto Dhana's lap and straddling him began kissing him and after a few seconds Dhana kissed her back and this only served to increase her passions

The time had come for angels and witches to unite and the time has arrived for light and darkness to form a union of unknown quantity.

A song in two languages and both sound delightfully good. Well, I admit I am a bit of a sucker when it comes to love songs and ballads. I secretly think that most are the same as me but secretly.
